Do you have questions about Trello, Dubsado or workflows?!

Thank you so much for this tutorial. As a visual person, seeing this truly helped step-up my project management game. (And by the way, the title of your podcast is AH-MAZ-ING).

Hello! So when you're on the board that you want to add a calendar to, click on the "power ups" and add the calendar one...it'll magically appear as a button :)

Would you recommend this for a small business a cleaning business that is just starting and only has two janitorial contracts at the time?

    Hi Jessica,
Thanks for these videos, they're really useful. Regarding Dubsado, let's say you do multiple projects for the same client, you might not want them to get the same flow of messages each and every time you start something new. Can Dubsado have different procedures for new clients and returning clients?

Dubsado was designed for creatives by creatives. They have a great library of tutorials plus in person support available during the week to help you navigate - US based company and US based support team. You can do a free trial (up to 3 unique clients) and test out the features available before you commit to a monthly service fee. I have multiple jobs per client but don't use the work flow currently because they are contacting me directly (i.e. texting me or through FB engagement). But, for cold/warm leads, the work flow would be great for ramping them up and ensuring that every client has a great client engagement experience.

Is there a workflow system similar to Dubsado where you don't need a website yet?

Did you have a chance to try Bitrix24.com? It's totally free for freelancers and like having Dubsado+Trello+Dropbox+Wix+Invoicely in one. You get everything - CRM, invoicing, time tracking, capture forms, landing pages, time tracking, calendar, planning, client portal, etc. I'd love to see your video comparing these two.

Very helpful. Like anything else, there is room for improvement. Please drink more water. Your lips seem to dry on two of two videos I have seen.
