How to Recruit Reyna Early - Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes

As soon as you reach Dabavin, you can recruit Reyna (the best tank in the game) by defeating her in 2 turns. To do this, purchase at least 1 Runeshard of Darkness 2 by recruiting Code L and building a Rune Shop at your castle.
I used 2 Charge users: Galdorf and Yusuke to set up big damage on turn 2. Additionally, I used Milana's Lullaby and Nowa's Sleep Slash (used both for insurance) to prevent Reyna from guarding on turn 2- make sure you don't wake her up by striking her after she falls asleep!
I buffed Yusuke on turn 1 in preparation for the turn 2 burst. Once turn 2 arrives, unleash your charge-powered attacks, and use one of your non-attackers (someone who doesn't go last in turn order) to use the Runeshard of Darkness 2. The last person to move should attack to activate the damage from the Runeshard.

Is there a simpler method? This is too much to take in. If I just level, how high would I have to be?

Just revisit later around level 40-50+. Reyna isn't going anywhere. :)
If you want to powerlevel when you first reach Reyna, go back to Bounty Hill. The 2nd middle area should be open by then. You can run back and forth beside the guard blocking the final area to fight a Hippogriff or another high level enemy to boost your level to 40+ in a few battles. Just be careful because they hit hard and can petrify.

I got her at lvl 50 party but i ended up getting another character thst is an absolute tank and with a certain rune that recovers 2 sp per turn this tank and heavy hitter makes reyna obsolete. But i guess getting her early game would be good.

How do I get nowa and other to put to sleep last? It doesn't matter about the order they both always hit first,?

Sleep Slash on Nowa or the Lullaby on Milana. Don't use items since those have different speed modifiers.
