- well it wouldn't be a world cup without a absolute chaotic practice day. long lift lines, long lift times, crashes, delays, crazy conditions, quick tyre change, but hey, we made the mot of it and tommorrow is another day sports fans!!!

Ditch your tight elbow pads, I got arm pump from using elbow pads when I raced motox
I think they are mandatory too. Even if not, would be silly to not have something on. Can make the difference between racing next time or not. Ask Adam Brayton and his gruesome fleshwound from last year.

Nah. It's wet from dew. Rain this weekend. Gonna be much slicker race day. It's steep too. Hats off to these ladies. They're crushing it.
in those conditions,a slightly bigger tire,say 2.4-2.5,offers some advantages,you can optimize pattern and size,grabby side knobs,stepped down center,lower tire pressure,and no need for inserts,could make a big difference.
drink a couple red bulls and put your game face on cause your kinda schloggin it!
