  • It has Mustang badges EVERYWHERE! But can Ford really call this a Mustang? Whether you like it or not, Ford has called this electric SUV a Mustang. Find out why they did that, and if it's actually any good to drive here in Australia.

Range of only 400km is the main killer and biggest put off on all EVs as the next version in 18months will add another 80km theoretically speaking 😂 great review as always.

United States driver here. I have a grabber glue GT Performance. Added a very subtle black rear spoiler and little window louvres on the back door windows. Looks great. No front bumper issue like you pointed out. This is my third Mach E. Love it and have yet to lose a red light race so far.

Design and performance look good, but the bumper issue shown in the review show worrying issues suggestive of not so great build quality. I like the design, and the driving performance looks great. Range is disappointing and should be better, charging speed for a brand new EV should be better. I’d love to experience driving one, but would happily return to the practicality of my LR Tesla. Thanks for a very thorough review that pointed out what’s good, great and not so wonderful in this Ford EV.

Appreciate the insight! It's dynamically better than a Model Y Performance, but of course like you mentioned, that's only one slice of the pie when it comes to buying a EV. I'm a fan, but 100% agree Tesla still has the upper hand when it comes to liveability.
