Thanks for putting out this type of content! Really helps to practice, especially in places where roundnet has not yet exploded T_T (Netherlands, EU). Q: I feel that when performing a phantom toss, it helps to have some upward motion in order to give the serving hand more time to hit. Is that something you would recommend?

I recommend checking out the reel on my IG where I talk about the phantom toss in detail, but in a less detailed manner, focus on going palm up to palm down, and don’t ’toss’ the ball, just allow the momentum of your motion produce the flight path for your phantom toss 🔥
