@@seanwagner3605 And not even Tiger could really replicate it properly. Tiger probably had the two best swings ever in golf (2000 and 2005) but Fred has had the smoothest for his entire career. Either him or Ernie Els. It was kinda funny when he said he’s not a “showy golf guy”. I noticed he didn’t seem to have any of his “regular” tournament trophies displayed. Just the Masters and what looked to be 3 Ryder Cup trophies. Recently Rory went to visit Tiger at his home and he went into his “trophy room”. He only had his 15 major trophies displayed. Rory asked Tiger where all the other ones are and Tiger told him that he had no idea. Even though he enjoyed winning, all those other tournaments on the schedule were basically practice for the 4 majors. Fred has won probably close to 50 trophies or more in his career when you include the Vardon Trophy, player of the year and other tournaments and stuff but, like Tiger, he chooses to only display the ones that really mean something to him.
i guess im asking the wrong place but does someone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I stupidly forgot the password. I love any tricks you can give me.
As an artist, and a golfer, I am super happy to know that Fred Couples is an art freak. I always enjoy his playing style and demeanor and he is one of my all time favorite golfers. Good taste as well ;-) Thanks for sharing.
Couples has always been one of my favorites - He is a really nice person with a deep appreciation for the finer things in life - I enjoyed watching him play the last 2 days, unfortunately he didn’t make the cut in 2021 - But he’ll be back 👍
Love Fred, I saw him play a skins game in Palm Springs when I was like 8 years old. Tiger didn’t stop nor did Phil to give autographs, but Fred did. Been a fan ever since
I had the incredible fortune to walk with Fred in his very 1st pro tournament at El Dorado CC in Long Beach Ca in the "Queen Mary Open"....also in his group was a kid named Corey Pavin. It was cool, no gallery, no ropes etc even got to chat with the players quite a bit. On windy holes Fred would kick up a tuft of grass with his heal and use it as a tee and crush it with his driver. Fred was carrying his "Houston" ping bag. Word was that he was visiting his then girl friend in the area and went out to play some golf. Starter told him that a pro tournament was going on and the only way he could play was as a Pro so he just decided to turn pro and play.

Your my hero Freddie Couples, I'm an artist who also plays golf, I'm a self taught golfer based on the principles of Freddies swing and book, Complete Shot Making, what guy!!
Quite the gallery... you have. Very impressive and inspirational. It’s pretty wild...everywhere you turn it’s like a story of a story. Your own personal museum. 👍🏻. From my favorite golfer of all time. Keep enjoying the ride of life. 😃
Was so much fun seeing Freddie at Royal Melbourne last December. He supported Tiger whilst he single handedly routed the International team on the final day. So much fun.
I’ve made 68 trips around the sun and I still want to be Freddie when I grow up up. They still talk about the time you played Spring Meadow Golf Club in Allenwood NJ. I really think it was because of the blond lady that was with you. Thanks for the tour.
Thanks Freddie for the tour... Love the plate story .... 😂🤣😂. I’d of made that move too .. 😂 I am 62 this year. Watched you play at Riviera C.C. several years. Walked Augusta second round in ‘96, makes me appreciate what the Pro’s face every year, TV does not do the elevation justice ...
Nice video ty,,, I'd like to stare at art a little longer to see if I can figure some of them out because I believe all art has hidden messages/or secrets lol,, anyway I've taken golf up two years ago and I've seen most of Mr Couples videos I've studied his swing pretty good and of course no one comes close except tiger does a great imitation of his swing there's a video out there somewhere!!! I believe a lot of coaches don't realize how soft and unTension Mr Couples hands and arms really are,,,, zero tension zero just awesome absolutely my favorite of all time,,,so Thank you for sharing video!!!
Just came across this. I played a round with Freddy in Seattle, before he was Freddy, at Jefferson ha... What great taste in art. Super impressed... Art is one of the best investments.
I too have a piece of art. It's Freddie Couples signature on o hat from the Ryder cup in 97 at Valderama, Spain. Even though I'm from the UK, all I wanted was Fredies signature, also got a bonus when Davis Love also signed it. Freddie you were and still are my golfing hero.
Yeah, that thumbnail picture sums it up. Holding that plate with the painting in the background, I gotta watch this one. I followed him around the entire course at the BUICK CLASSIC, WINGED FOOT, & BETHPAGE. The back story behind the plate, I mean come on. That's historical art as well which he is a part of. How can you love that. He's a great representative of the game and a stand up guy.
Hey you can spend all the money you want all the art that Fred has but the most beautiful thing in that house is his golf swing that is nothing less than a classic piece of art
Always loved to watch Fred and finally got to watch him live at the Welsh Seniors , 2 things I remember . He was on the practice area with Colin Montgomerey the pro am and practice days were rescheduled due to weather so Wednesday as going to be free . Fred was trying to arrange a trip in his plane to Ireland to play 18 holes at a new course and fly back in time to play day 1 of the open ! Then hole 3 445 yds at Porthcawl Fred was playing in the group behind John Dalys group . Me and my girlfriend were watching on the 3rd tee the last one along the beach usually into the breeze . Daley teed off over the slight hill down the fairway towards the slightly raised green a big drive many oohs and aahs from the spectators. Fred stood on the tee next group stroked it at least 40 yards past Johns . Deb turned to me and said " how did he do that"? Thats Freddie I said. 2 of the coolest Freds ever Couples and Spencer .
I always admired Freds rhythm and tempo. First time I saw him, was during early 80's, at the TPC sawgrass, in final round, when he was spectacular. Was paired with Watson, and Seve; you'd have thought he'd been a bit intimidated, but he played great, going on to win, and getting a ten year exemption.
I can’t imagine a more fun hang of any celeb on earth the Freddy. He shows his art collection like anyone else would their duck camp. “Here’s the boot-jack, the shitter, and if you get hungry, I think there’s balony in the ice-box but check the date on the pkg before you eat it
There is one main “Theme” when it comes to Freddy’s artwork.............He Loves “Bright Colors”! Every piece in his art collection bursts with color! I happen to like his “Taste” in art! If I had the money, I could see wanting to own the majority of pieces in his home! Unfortunately, that will never happen!
hi how are you My friend, I hope your channel will always remain a good channel and I will always support And always be healthy and pray for your channel to revive🤣🤣
That was completely unexpected. I would never have picked Freddie as a self-confessed art freak. Amazing dude.
another form of money storage.....you can enjoy it and then always sell it later for much more.
I would have never thought Fred Couples was an art collector. Freddie is my favorite golfer.
art has 250 percent return compared to s&p 500. its a rich mans game
Has to be his wife's deal...I thought Fred just liked watching tv on the couch
The most important piece of art has to be that effortless swing of his.
Definitely can't be duplicated!
There’s a clip of tiger doing Freddie’s swing, pretty spot on!

Phil? surprising. we are led to believe that he never declines any interaction with the public. 🤔
