@@muggleschannel5631 she's the best (needs more time to confirm) for only a few carries such as Mavuika, Arlecchino and Gaming for now but I'm sure we'll get a lot more top teams with her in it as we go. I recommend trying to maximize exploration before the banner ends and try to get her IF you really need her since cryo units are rare. I believe they're doing this because they don't want players to get upset pulling for 'old cryo characters' that will get outclassed like citlali vs shenhe.
Tbh being that her dmg is so good even before cons, I just saw her cons simply being just quality of life and good just for the sake of her being a support. Granted, her dmg just skyrockets but I just personally got them cause they made characters like Ayaka better in burnmelt teams.
Her c1 cons is removing her restrictions over Natlan characters and enhances exploration. Also giving more emphasis onto her support and offield subdps at c2/c4 then she becomes broken at C6 because on top of her dps boost she also gain infinite bike exploration even outside Natlan 😅😅😅
I have a C2R1 Citali as well as a C2R1 Mavuika and have been running them for a few days now. Due to lack of leveling resources Citali who I got first, is at level 90 with Mavuika at level 80. Here's my advice if you're short on funds/primos. Citali's C1 and C2 are more valuable than Mavuika's as Citali is by far the more universally applicable character. She works well with many teams and at C2 she's pretty insane but also makes almost all other pyro units more insane (plus hydro units too, but she's more impactful for pyro units). Mavuika is perfectly good at C0R1. You can pick up her C1 and C2 when she reruns and she's more likely to rerun than Citali. However, Mavuika's C1 and C2 are definitely worth getting as she becomes absolutely insanely strong with them. But you're not going to need her to be hitting 2 million K very often as most things would be dead or nearly dead after the first 1 million K. Overkill is something you should think about as after the first few times, the excitement kind of wears off.
So it will be better to get c1 mavuika or my c1 citlali for my case (I have c0r1 Mavuika with c0r0 Citlali, running with kazuha cause I don't have Xilonen). Thanks in advance!

If she's on her bike she personally gets an extra ATK boost (on top of the 200 ATK), when off her bike and her skill is active then you get the DEF shred instead. Not both at the same time. Is Mavuika's C2 broken? Absolutely, but in practical terms since she's already broken to begin with at C0, Citali's C2 is more valuable IF you had to make a choice between the two. Ideally, you want both. Point being that Citali helps more units individually be able to hit a lot harder than otherwise. Mavuika's C2 just makes her a better Xiangling if you really think about in terms of team comps.

But my argument is that Citali's C2 makes other characters stronger which is arguably more universally applicable as otherwise, if you have both Citali and Mavuika you might as well bench all your other DPS teams (unless vs Pyro resistant enemies). But I will not argue that Mavuika's C2 isn't one of the most broken C2s in the game currently. My concern was more an issue of balance. Too much power creep will kill Genshin.

Got mavuika in a few milti. Not gonna go for more so i can try for furina next. So far she's doing fine as a spread attacker but she won't be perfect until after i finish gathering furina books and doing some weekly boss battles. But after that she'll be perfect.
I will never summon for characters gimmick cons for them to play better my Hu Tao and Neuvillette still C0 and I don't want to help normalize it when Skirk and Dainsleif become playable that their effectiveness becomes locked behind cons, the only character I wouldn't mind summoning cons for is Arlecchino because her kit at C0 is almost perfect gameplay wise, the only "negative" is having to wait 5 seconds to absord her mark which gets changed at c2 but she's still quite capable without it and her teams would be the same

Got insanely lucky with Mavuika, after the Citlali thing I thought I would only get the arcon and granny, which I did. but got some extra pulls left, so I wanted to try for her weapon, pulled on the wrong banner and got my C1 out of pure luck.
So I got Citlani and C2 Mavuika, wondering what my 4th teammate should be after Bennett, I have xilonen but I’d rather not take her from my nuevileutte team
Unfortunately, Xilonen is still the best teammate for Mavuika. Though you can replace her with VV Kazuha or Sucrose for the res shred (and dmg bonus with Kaz), I would refrain from using their burst as it could mess up your melt reactions. No burst means no dmg bonus for C6 Sucrose. I personally use Mavuika, Xilonen, Citlali, Bennett. Then Furina, Baizhu, Kazuha, Neuvillette (if you don't need mcuh healing, replace Baizhu with Zhongli for shield and res shred).
Here is my conclusion - raiden doesn't absolutely need her c1 but helps significantly - mavuika c1 is the same but even a little more necessary \ c1 you dont need natlan chars - it can still help but really not that need it. C1 gives a nice bonus to damage overall and comfort whether you play onfield or offield. using napkin math around 12% damage increase but 50% more comfort
I got c1r1 Mavuika and c0 Citlali. I'm gonna grab her c2 during her rerun as I'm down to 90 wishes and want to try for Arleccino, Clorinde c1, or wait for another future rerun. I lost the 5050 all three times this patch. 😭😭😭
Depends on the claymore alternatives that you currently have. But i personally see the current weapon banner as good, both featured weapons are desirable. Mine is C1R1, now considering between going to C2 right away or just saving for rerun since all of the featured 4-stars are at C6 already (i want constellations for other 4-stars that hopefully will appear in the rerun banner). If you intend to play her as a support too though, that -20% Def debuff from C2 seems more valuable than R1. I would prioritize Citlali if you don't have her yet though. Insane dmg increase for Melt Mavuika.
I've only done calcs for my account's specific case (weapon r1, c0 Xilonen, c2 Furina, c5 Bennett) but for me going from c0 to c2 is a 47% overall damage increase (burst hit + 3 vaporized charged attacks + 6 normal charged attacks). Judging from calcs found online, depending on your exact build and team, r1 should be around 15-25% than other weapons (closer to 15% for r5 Serpent Spine, about 20% for other 5* options and 25% for fp2 options) which kinda makes sense considering you need significantly less pulls to guarantee a weapon.

i got both c6 mavuika and c6 alercchino. both are like equally match. the only difference is mavuika is like a squishy nuke and alerchinno is a single self-sustained tanky hard hitting beserker. mavuika is more fun but she might be useless in upcoming regions she relays in other natlan teamates...

You forgot that C1 makes her skill Searing Ring of Fire last 18 seconds instead of 12 at C0. That was what made me pull C1, then C2...then C6
