- We have so much fun playing in our house, so I wanted to share my 10 (ok, 11) favorite toys for baby. Note that these toys are most appropriate for baby's around 1-2 years old.

I just bought that dinosaur popper for my 7 month old about a week ago, and he loves it! He's starting to attempt to crawl, and this is really helping him WANT to crawl, because he wants to chase the balls when they pop out of the toy (: I wish I would have seen this before I went shopping so I could have gotten more ideas. Haha, you can't really go wrong with fisher price toys all too often though.
Eddie has always been all about Thomas the Train from 1 yr and on. Great review for babies.

I like the Ikea fruit and vegetable baskets and will likely look for them. However, I will definitely put the tomato in the fruit basket where it belongs!! We inadvertently teach our children so many things that are incorrect.
Wow! The blocks are great! Smell weird though (bought new) and smaller than it seems, but I love it. my 8-month-old is much more into the stackable cups and rattles though.

Thank you so much for this video. I would have never known about the Hallmark interactive buddy's if it wasn't for this video. I saw your video the night before yesterday and yesterday I was at hallmark and bought 2 Abigail buddies for my baby and one for my niece. I also bought the b blocks and potsy :). I've got a couple of the melissa and doug puzzles, but haven't introduced to my 12 month old because of the small knobs. I'm afraid he'll chew them off and like you said, they are expensive! So I'll have to keep my eye out for the grannimals. Great video! thanks alot
School is for development but certain toys help with their motor skills therefore it aids them in learning things like movements and hand coordinations etc.

the bigbsby toy is awesome! You guys seem to have the better version of ours, like for example, I've got the treasure chest of coins and it only goes up to 5, and it says the wrong color sometimes. lol. We've also got the elephant ball popper, which is also pretty loud, but baby loves. The squishy blocks, we've only got a set of 6 not 9. haha.

Thanks ATXmom, my son really enjoy your video... and would love to have that bigsby of yours if you want to sell it later on :P. Anyway you did mentioned on wanting to have your baby watching sesame street, mine have watch and enjoy it until now ever since he was 6 months old and now he is 1.1 years old. I think early exposed of sesame street or other baby's cartoon... do provide with early education.
Great video...but the Playskool busy popping pals was RECALLED because of the springs so I don't trust it (was going to purchase) however I bought the piggy bank and the Parum Pum Pum drum...thanks for the info

I was wondering, I just bought the toy that pops the balls all around the room, and i'm wondering at what point when he will interact with the toy more? He is 8 months right now and only takes the balls out to put in his mouth, should i try something different to get him to drop the balls inside the toy?

I got a cute toy for My 1 year old for christmas, it's a toaster thaat had toast that pops in and out, and a blender with fruit buttons send would blend different juices.

I was able to buy a Potsy second-hand and giving it to my son for Christmas. He'll be 11m. I got it off a Facebook buy/sell/trade page. Check one out in your area. I simply said : "ISO (in search of) Leap Frog Potsy" I even posted a picture of what I was wanting and I got two moms offer sell theirs for $5!

I'm trying to get my son in to reading (he's only 1) but he doesn't seem interested when I read him stories which is a shame as his 7 year old and 10 year old sisters LOVE reading. His 10 year old sister has actually had her work published and she is a little obsessed with books. Especially the golden oldies like Enid blyton. Keep up the good work xx
