Thank you for sharing this. It’s one of those things that makes you go… Duh. What a great idea. I would not have thought of it myself though.
You are so welcome!
Wow. I have seen so many videos of how to do this pattern but you have explained some of the set up's so clearly. Haven't done this pattern for well over a year but with your tuition I need to do it again. You have made the technique for cutting and glue-ups look so easy.
Thank you. Can't wait to get cracking again.
Thank you as always, Skylar. The way you used the culls for clamp supports for the glue up on the jig was pretty cool (I'm definitely going to use that!). Your pieces look amazing and thank you for taking your time to show us.
Skyler the geometric patterns look amazing for those lids. I will definitely be trying that as I will be making a few boxes for my granddaughters. Again excellent video.
Excellent Skyler. This is why I like to watch your videos because you do such a variety of nice things for us to learn how to do.
another great video thanks Skylar
Great job. Thank you 😊
Hi Skyler, this was a very interesting video. You explained the process and demonstrated the method very well. I like they way you covered the setup and cutting on the table saw. Finally you explained different methods for gluing the blocks together and what to be careful of. Thanks for the video looking forward to the next one.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you Roy. I am so glad you enjoyed the video
Thank you. This is so helpful. I'll definitely try it.
You are welcome
Hi Skyler, excellent tutorial! Beautiful results.
Thank you Dian
Beautiful job sky
Thank you!
Hi Skyler great job once again.🌹🌹🌹
Thank you very much
Thanks!
Thank you Frank
You did a fantastic job. Please keep up the great work.
Thank you, David
@@woodworkingwithSkyler you are very welcome.
Thanks for all your work in showing your process on the stuff you make. You have become very good at glue ups! Very tight cuts. Just subscribed to your channel.
Thank you. And thank you for the subscribe
Very good ideas for making these shapes. I have made a glue jig similar to yours but with fences set at 30 degrees to each other so I can clamp hexagon trivets. Seems to work ok, except when I applied too much pressure and the trivet exploded over the floor. I didn’t mention that to my wife
That's a great idea! Will try that for trivets!
Your secret is safe with me:)
Did you use 1/2” or 3/4” wood in making the cubes?
Thx!!
Great video!!
3/4
👍 Thx!!
You're still stunning !
Thank you. I will for sure miss my implants, had them for 20+ years but the doctor said I have to wait a year before reimplanting as I had problems with the last 2 sets
Do you think Grover is trying be the teacher's pet....
:)
I always try to get a seat at the front of the room too, and I pay attention to the lesson .
😅
Did commenters bully you into wearing the undershirt?
Not at all. I am 45 year old woman. Pretty confident with who I am, a few rude comments don’t bother me. However, last Monday I had surgery and removed my implants ( had them for 20 years and last two sets had some issues with them). Doctor said I can put them back after one year. Feeling great but need to wear surgical compression bra for 3 weeks
@@woodworkingwithSkyler I'm sorry to hear that. As a senior citizen man, I've been pretty impressed with your videos, even aside from the woodworking and laser work (wink, wink). I thought you looked fantastic, and if you hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have known - you're still incredibly beautiful. I honestly don't see a difference. But back to the matter at hand, I really do enjoy your videos for the skills you share. Thanks!
Hi Skyler, it's Grover. I'm first again .
Hi Grover
