  • 2024 Short film aimed at highlighting the struggles on a person across a year leading up to the festive season. Told through the medium of social media and text messages. Sometimes it is hard to find the words to say how we feel.
    We are all busy, but we should never be too busy to be kind, caring and compassionate to those who may be struggling and needing support around us.
    1 in 4 of us suffer with anxiety and depression during the festive period (YouGov, 2019). Please know you are not alone and help is available.

    Never heard of Maudsley before comming accross this video, just done a little look up and wish you all the best with your work. Mental health should not be a taboo subect.

      Education is important, having been through depression/ homelessness / seeping rough... have now done a few courses addressing mental health awareness and am in a much better place.

    I have a different approach and different opinion than most mums. If our daughter or son "ready" to be a women or a man. Please explain!!! Educate them no matter what age they ask you from be prepared as a parent to have answers. And don't be upclosed by the society please. Be educate our children! 🙏
