one of the things i like the most about your chanel is how you focus more on creating a vibe/look rather than the makeup products themselves. i’m always inspired to have fun with makeup! 💗 and it’s very refreshing in a world of endless consumption
Thanks!! I feel like I’ve gotten that in the past although I don’t exactly fit the physical descriptions so we’ll see how the makeup turns out with that one!
I love the finish from using a damp sponge, but hated wasting product, so I often apply with a brush and finish with a sponge blot. That works best especially on my nose. I love the romantic essence, especially since my favorite classic Hollywood faces are Elizabeth Taylor and Ava Gardner. It’s definitely why I always define my brows. This series is definitely going to be fun! I can’t wait to explore the essence types with you! I love the classic glam of this romantic look. You’re not bad, you’re just drawn that way.
I think Bond girls give off romantic and dramatic essence 🤩 Bond girl makeup would also be an amazing video! Very excited for this Kitchener series 😍😍😍 gorgeous as always ❤️
Yess!! Definitely dramatic too! Beyoncé is a romantic dramatic I believe and she has that intimidating sexy energy! Bond girl makeup is a great idea… even though I’ve never seen a Bond movie 😂
@@evangelinemolly I also wanted to ask you about the ABH Brow powder. I’m a beginner with makeup I’ve been using it for about a year but I’ve never tried a brow powder, could you please give me some tips and suggestions on how to use it??
It’s really all about the tool you use when it comes to a brow powder. I like an angled brush that isn’t too small with a spoolie on the other end. I keep the powder mostly focused in the middle of the brow and feather it with the brush and spoolie. And just remember, practice makes perfect! Trying a new product can be a learning curve at first
@ Thank you so much for your help 🥰 I think I might wait until I earn enough Sephora or Ulta points and then I’ll treat myself to an ABH brow powder and the brush they recommend with it 😊
Love this Evangeline. What category do you class yourself in? How would I decide what category I fall in? I love this look you have created. Spooky I felt this look reminded me of the beautiful Marilyn and then you said her name. You look stunning. Best wishes Karen 🤎🍁🍂🧡
Interesting idea, I think I've looked at some form of this styling philosophy before. Very pretty! I think my idea of the Romantic falls more into Eliza Bennet/Wuthering Heights looks, but I get this one, too. You really nailed that heavy lash line/shadow technique.
That perfume sounds right up my ally! I've never heard of the Kitchener essences before, so I'm looking forward to exploring them with you like with your color seasons series. After skimming a couple articles, physically I'd say I'm majority ingenue. My casting in plays (when not ensemble) was either an ingenue or a slightly dramatic person. I'm thinking of the time I was cast as a daytime tv Oprah wannabe who constantly asked interviewees if they wanted to cry and a mom who was part of a family always trying to outdo their neighbors in holiday house decorating. But if I were to typecast myself in movies, I'd probably be the best friend or older sibling who's always there for the protagonist; the smart but also naive one who wishes everyone could just get along.
Absolutely love the way you do makeup. It’s so classy and approachable and fresh ❤ Do you have a powder highlight recommendation? I don’t like a glittery highlight and have been struggling to find a powder highlight that isn’t sparkles 😅
Thanks so much! Well, my fav highlighter is the rare beauty one but it’s BOLD! One that comes to mind that’s softer and not glittery is the Flower Knows little angel highlighter and the Sigma powder highlighter
I’ve never heard of the Kitchener essences, and now I’m going to go down a rabbit hole lol. I think this look suits you but I’m excited to see the rest of the series ❤ For me personally, my mind wants to see me as an actress in a Fellini film, but in reality I just lounge around in graphic tees and combat boots 😂
Love this look. It’s so striking on you. I can wear a romantic look but with a more intense pink lip since I don’t wear reds. Also you definitely do have a tall energy. I feel short but I’m average height as well. And I always get carded. Maybe it’s being short is affiliated with younger ? Interesting.
Oooh this would be pretty with a pink lip! And yes I feel like shortness definitely plays a role for being perceived as younger which is funny considering adults come in all kinds of heights 😂
Wonderful! I love this idea. You always bring something unique to your videos beyond discussing products and I appreciate that.
Aw thanks so much!!

i agree with this and a good reason i am so drawn to this channel too! just being creative + having chill fun:) and toast
Aw thank you! I’m so glad to hear you like this form of makeup content 🥰💕
The quintessence of femininity and sensuality in this makeup. I have the velvet ribbon and I love it. Very pretty makeup. Bravo
A red lip is really where it’s at! 🌹
The energy you give off to me imo is ethereal 🔮 can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Thanks!! I feel like I’ve gotten that in the past although I don’t exactly fit the physical descriptions so we’ll see how the makeup turns out with that one!
this look suits you very well! your voice reminds me a lot of Liv Tyler, and I've always loved her penchant for a red toned lip.
Ooh I’m so flattered! I love her!

I’ll try that sponge technique next time. I found I don’t need setting powder as much when I use a sponge, which is interesting 👀

Love this idea can’t wait to see what all you come up with 😀
I would love to see the actual makeup look of ana de armas in the picture recreated, shes so stunning! 😍
Beautiful look! Love the idea for a series! ❤
Love this video and the look is GORGEOUS. Great job! I want to try the softer shadow liner on date night with my hubby this weekend

can’t wait for your nuanced take on the essences for us baby faces lol
I’m excited to try ingenue makeup!
As a romantic girlie who wishes they were ethereal, this is lovely and speaks to me.
I feel like combining romantic and ethereal looks would be divine 💕✨
LOVE this concept. Can’t wait for the rest of the series.
The look was beautiful on you as well ❤
🥰💕
Such a fun idea!!✨️❤️❤️🥰
Fun concept and beautiful look - I love how you’re always exploring different vibes 🙂💛
Thank you!! 😊

Okayyyyyy this video has THROWN me down a rabbit hole about the essences😂❤ - I love this so much. Can’t wait to see how the other looks come out!
Haha it’s fun isn’t it? I love how it’s about energy too, not just looks
lovely look!

Ooh yes, love the form of romantic 💓 I think in this system, it will under classic
Wow this looks gorgeous on you! 🥀
Thank you so much ☺️
Romantic makeup really suits you! Looking forward to the rest of the series. Especially Ethereal
Thank you! 😊 💕
This look suits you very well! Great idea about the essence series, looking forward to the next one - will it be classic?
I’m not sure the order yet. I might do it based on my mood of the day!

Ooh that’s cool you have experience being cast so that’s telling of your vibe!
I love your video ideas! And listening to you talk in general, lmao. ❤🔥🤌🏽
Thanks so much 🥰💓
you’ve been my favourite makeup content creator to watch as of late! your energy is so soothing and i love how you explore different styles
That’s so nice to hear 🥹💓

Ooh it’s such a fun little rabbit hole! Hahah Fellini film aesthetic is iconic!
Do you mind if I ask if this is your natural hair color? Every time I click on one of your videos I am ✨mesmerized✨ by how pretty it is
Aww thanks so much! I actually dye it with henna! I did a video on it a while back if you’re interested 💓
What brushes are you using?
🖤
