I'm having the same problem, and I did install the plugin.

I could never get the plugin to connect to my game.

Make sure you install SimConnect (part of the MSFS 2020 SDK) once installed close MSFS 2020, restart touch portal, make sure the plug in is imported, start MSFS 2020 and it should work

I installed the newest .14 SDK via the game yesterday and refreshed to make sure it went through. Still not connecting. Is there another SDK I should be downloading? Ty for replying

I also installed the latest SDK but it connects but several buttons are not working correctly so looks like something broke along the lines
