As a buyer I have paid for things twice and had my ordered cancelled with no explanation. Just a note that says cancelled and the note I would be refunded in 4-5 days. In one case I liked the item so went back on eBay and saw the seller resisted it for more money, and now a Buy It Now not on Auction. I thought that was unfair! I’m guess they didn’t get the amount they wanted. I’m not sure what the RUclips Tube Policy is. I thought that they could have a reserve amount.
Great sales idk if there’s new policy but that happen to me Poshmark cancel the order. I personally once they buy I click on ship because I ship same or next day.
I definitely need to do some research because it was absolutely not always like this! I do usually ship same or next day, so I'll have to start considering that strategy, thanks!
I think they can't cancel once it shows shipped if I remember correctly. I am dealing with a buyer today, we're on message #7 now because she wants to use a gift card and it only has a certain amount on it, Ive already lowered the price once and now she says its a dollar more than whats on her card because of tax. I'm just 🤷♀️ at this point 😂
What’s the shoe sealing thing you have if I may ask. Same thing happened to me. I’ve had some of my own shoes for 10 plus years I bought at Nordstrom Rack and never wore. Decided to list them but tried removing the stickers and it ripped the lining a bit. I’d appreciate if you can share the name and brand of the shoe sealant please. ❤
