Ah okay. I felt that Mumbai was pretty safe. Even though the hotel that I stayed in was not the best but it was centrally located in Colaba area and very close to Gate of India and you can pretty much roam around anytime even at night as the area is very lively and full of tourists. But India is also a lot more diverse and super big and incredible and just feels different 😃🙌 will visit again

Like any other country it is always mandatory to exercise some basic safety precautions while visiting a foreign country. I do think that in Mauritius most of the places are quite safe for tourists but always take basic precautions I agree with you. Similarly while I was in Mumbai I never felt or experience any safety issues but still I would be cautious around certain areas and people 💯🙌🙏

I later found out that for the same price I could get a better accommodation in other neighborhoods of Mumbai but it would have been a bit far from Southern Mumbai.

@@Adriventure_rod I remember the Hotels Celeste, Broadway Colaba, Carlton etc etcin Colaba, South Mumbai..you can still check these hotels if you are in that area. When I used to be in Mumbai, these hotels were very budget friendly and also good. They should still be a lot lesser than what you paid for that hotel for "midgets" :D. I didn't know that they had a hotel for lilliputians where normal people need to literally crawl through the doors. Or did Mumbai change so much over these years? lmao
Mumbai or Delhi is not represent whole india, and not perfect place to visit for tourist, explore more diversified india like north eastern part of India like nagaland, mizoram, arunachal pradesh, hill station like Ooty, Shimla, himachal pradesh, ladakh , kashmir... goa ,rajesthan...each indian states itself whole world different languages,food, dresses, india offering everything.
