If you are interested in indian ancient architecture .. you can visit the Ajanta and ellora caves and the single monolith Kailasa temple near it while you are in Maharashtra. You can travel by mumbai local and metro and also by vande bharat train. If you have more time you can visit Ruins of hampi in Karnataka state or jaipur& udaipur in Rajasthan.
