im so glad you mentioned the lagging myth, my break n retest relies on firstly a break of structure then a retracement to either the 20 or 50 MA,,, this strategy is extremely accurate when you see the gap of the MAs widening basically telling you trend is gaining momentum, and finally when you get a bounce off the MA,,,boom!!! a winner
That last point is fantastic. A “lagging” indicator is not bad. It filters out noise

Thx a lot for your video. I stopped to use stoch for macd. I m seriously less lost. Analyse the market is so much easier now. (+ a light version of ichimoku)

That is just the default settings derived by the founder of the indicator. They can be changed to suit your trading plan. All the best!

The problem is one all your strategy its for people with laptop not who use a phone cz those settings are totally different from phone settings
