+ForeverOfTheStars This and Daddys fallen angel... Ive been watching this woman and chris howorth for yeeears having been from NY they played a ton of local clubs etc before making it big.. When this album dropped and they went on their first big tour with kittie and walls of jericho in 2007.. That was one of the greatest moments of my music life.. Watching a band i had seen go from literally nothing to touring with ozzy twice in the same year.. 2007 was massive for my hometown area of upstate NY \m/
+raney bell I had seen them years ago with Powerman5000 but had not remembered the bands name. I searched high and low through my many ticket stubs and found them. Such a great band to watch. They put forth a phenomenal show and gave the headline a run for their money!!!
First song I heard them play was Prayer. They were opening for Rob Zombie and Ozzy. That's actually how I first heard of this band back in '07. Ozzy was a disappointment tbh. But he was sick, Zakk really saved the show with The Star Spangled Banner, for like 5 minutes he played it and threw some random stuff in.

Same here, but it doesn't always work out, some fans don't like it and sometimes alot of fans don't like it and the band just becomes one of those few album wonders. For me that's Motionless in White. I can hardly get into Graveyard Shift, and as hard as I can I just can't get into their last two albums. But if you new like band's that change, old and new. Both are genius song writers and both have the most beautiful voices. Amy and Maria both have great band members who know how to use instruments to the fullest. I hope one day Amy Lee and Maria Brink make a song together, that would be so fricken amazing.

Another awesome fantastic video from the amazing band called in this moment with the gorgeous stunning Maria brink what amazing singer with a beautiful voice and magnificent vocals and fantastic guitarists 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎤🥁 and fantastic Drummering 🥁🥁very are legends of metal 🎧
I've listened to this now, about 5 times. It is amazing. Very well structured and the way it envelopes my earlobes in a cacophony of pure bliss, is truly an overwhelming sense!
I like some of their new stuff, but not all. I love THIS! Her voice is so magical and haunting, and while the music was a bit mellow compared to now, it still was heavy and had a point to it all as well. I don't know, I'm still a big fan, and I am so blessed to have met her the one time I did. Just don't sell out like so many others!
Yeah it's from '07, not 2011......people need to know and understand that when it says when the video was uploaded on RUclips, that's literally when it was uploaded on RUclips. Plain and simple. Not when the song actually came out....to figure that out, you just gotta do a little research.
Does her hand and feet movements with that dress remind anybody else of Lacey from Flyleaf? I saw that and immediately thought of her. Lol Great song as well. :)
I like their old and new stuff. That doesn't make them better or worse and it doesn't make my taste in music any better or worse than yours. Its just different. Enjoy the tunes. Wherever you find them. Good luck out there.
She's not just a good singer, she's also a good actress. She plays her roles in the videos really well. This is one of my favorite bands!!! Phantogram being my favorite though.
I still prefer the old school In This Moment to the new one. It just sounded better. I became a fan when I bought vol 6 of Metal For The Masses at Hot Topic (you remember those right?) Anyway, In This Moment was on the compilation and I just fell in love with their music. Well the first 2 albums anyway
Everyone has different tastes, I’ve only liked some of their songs since they started around this time but I do have one album from them and that’s Black Widow.
Hearing this beautiful singing then hearing that perfect scream 3/4 of the way in was like getting that French kiss on the third date where you are like whoa! I don’t know where that came from but I like it
I remember jamming this record a year or so out of high school in my first car. Good memories. Being a fan of Killswitch engage since the first release in 1999, this always seemed like a female fronted Killswitch, and I had ZERO issues with that. Shame they broke up not long after Star Crossed Wasteland.

As a metal head I am quite confused on what to think of this band.... They had to change so much to become famous.... I don't like that but if they are happy with it then they should be able to do what they want.
As much as I love them, I feel like this is what they're meant to be like, I feel this is more natural, pure and awesome than their newer stuff. I feel like they're just selling Maria's sex appeal now, and as much as I love her and think she's hot as hell, I prefer this stuff.
I like this song because it sounds more like she's actually singing and their newer stuff if her yelling more. I do like their newer stuff too, but I really like the sound of her "singing" voice (not yelling so much)
Noticing a lot of comments about Satanism, and argument about it. I just want to say, this most likely is not Satanism. Majority of metal bands create their music around the realities of life and what it means to them. If you think it's Satanism, that's fine you are titled to your opinion but if you think this is, what do you think of the life around you? It's not exactly picture perfect. Life is more corrupted by the pop culture that surrounds us rather then the metal below us. Everyone is titled to their opinion but we must learn not to judge one another for it. Their new stuff is complete utter shit. I've seen In This Moment live since 05 and I've given their new music a try but it's garbage. All you hear on the Black Widow album is autotune no real singing unlike their first 3 albums, I'll even add Blood for the real singing. Maria NEVER used to dress like a whore before Blood and she never used her body to attract fans like she does now.
I like the promise. One of my favorite duets ever. But I still dont think of it as 'heavy'. I did listen to Gun Show, didnt care for it. ITM really just isnt my favorite band... but I believe they are definitely getting better as time goes on.

Silent night, let me sleep away these memories within
Sacrifices of purities are turning into sins
And this judgement day is growing near
And this confession is killing me again
This beautiful tragedy is crashing into me
This dying destiny
So now you lay yourself down in this grave with shattered eyes
Beautiful melodies to try and wash away the lies
And this judgement day is growing near
And this confession is killing me again
This beautiful tragedy is crashing into me
This dying destiny, take me away
This beautiful tragedy come crashing into me
This dying destiny
Will you be there
Will you be there by my grave
Or will you be the death of me
My beautiful tragedy
This beautiful tragedy is crashing into me
This dying destiny, take me away
This beautiful tragedy come crashing into me
This dying destiny
