i was in my church choir and before we got on stage for our anual christmas thing they were serving coffee and our choir leader said dont drink coffee you wont be able to sing well, waters the best thing to drink; im guessing thats why johns voice sounded a lil "cracky" lol
@sanditebaby16 as rtcw94 she is the old drummer She elft for personal reasons. She said she needs to start do new things life other than play drums which she played for the band for abt 13-15 years. She trained jen before she retired so no wonder jen can play drums well.
sometimes i worry about john's voice holding out for much longer. if his voice dies, so will all of my hope for humanity.
Normally don't comment on such old comments, but this one didn't age well, lol.
Turns out there was no need to worry. So glad the band and his voice are still going strong.

@Duck387 i think his voice is a little sore, it's more raspy than usual. he did say that they played concerts everyday the month before this one. it's would make sense if his throat is worn-out a bit.

Skillet is trying to go more mainstream lately. Just because their music has a message doesn't mean that they shouldn't play with other bands with similar types of music who have fans that will most likely enjoy skillet's sound.

BalanceofEternity I think he's tuned down a half step or a step. In the key of A.... Chords are A E F#m D Bm and A/C# not always in that order.
