Currently being battered by winds, thundering around the house, not actual thunder, but thundering noise, but what's most annoying is these blooming trampolines & kids toys being blown around the streets, we have had 24hr warning, tie the things down, or put them away, you're laziness can endanger lives and ruin people cars. @RealLove2425 Yes, have you never heard of things thundering by, it's a word describing a load noise not an actual thunder storm...try opening your mind a little, instead of trying to make someone sound stupid, as you're the one emptying stupidity.
@RealLove2425 What nature sounds? You think birds are tweeting & flying around in 100mph winds or you could hear a babbling brook? Do you imagine bee's buzzing about in severe storms? Do you have a TV or radio? Did you hear that parts of the Country are on a Red Warning, and getting Government Alert texts to stay indoors, secure outdoor items, A danger to life warning, we had shops, schools closed, buses & trains stopped. Trees crashing down, roofs coming off, and you call that nature sounds? Moron.
The actual record-breaking gust recorded in the UK was in the 1987 hurricane... 120 miles per hour. Continuous winds of 80mph were recorded over a four hour period.

@Ominousheat I'm not sure why you think that's a comment by a "denier" troll. It's just someone who is misinformed. Anyway, their comment is wrong regarding the UK, it's 173 mph in the Cairngorms.

@ Lighten up buster and get off your high horse. I've yet to find out what's happened to my place on the Anglesey coast. And we've had far worst storms than this.
So while I 99.999% agree with you, and have in fact often said in the past regarding all this sensationalism that all these big scary named storms, done so so it gives the media something to print, used to be called "a bit blowy out" verbatim, this one has knocked out a lot of power lines where most of the storms in the last 5 or so years haven't. So while I still think it's sensationalism even now, this one is to be fair, slightly above a bit blowy out. It would go as far as to say it was windy.
@timbrooks - Depends where you are I suppose and the direction the wind is coming. Personally, I haven't seen this much damage in my town, from a storm, in decades.

Dublin was never going to be hit that hard. It's 200 miles from the storm-force winds. The fact it got hit at all with damaging winds is a testament to the scale of Eowyn. And Scandinavia is all mountains. Of course, it gets windy. But that is locale effects. Not 1000-mile-wide storm systems. Stop being such a denier troll and grow the ef up.
Having a look through these videos to see if I can find my fencing panels😭

I’m just glad your ok ❤
There's a storm warning , do you think we should secure the trampoline ?
Nah , i wanna film it flying .
Irresposible !
Probably one of those people that assume such warnings are scaremongering.
Right a bunch of dumb asses ..
Exactly what I thought
The storm was well forecast ..yet still noone takes down their trampolines?
I had a thick 60 foot tree in my garden last night ..now it's an ivy covered vertical log 😮
😢😢😢😢😢
And yet the idiots that have massive trampolines don't bother to take them down or secure them idiots that could kill someone
TBH it doesn't look like the kind of garden belonging to someone who'd think to tie their trampoline down.
Massive? Wanna know what else is massive

"It ain't happening!"
something incredibly irresponsible regardless, he could quite easily lose his footing, or a random gust could hit him from a different angle.
