Typical San Franciscan English. People from San Francisco and L.A. would have slight different accents as well. You would know if you live there for long. I come from San Francisco too and her accent sounds more comfortable to me than Tiffany.

Well her native language is english so maybe when she speaks korean her voice unknowingly goes up since she did not learn the language and speak the language when she was only a child unlike english. Haha. Just my opinions :)
I think it's pretty common for voices to change pitch when you switch languages. Mine does. I'm bilingual (English and a language called Maori (Cook Islands Maori if you want to be more specific) which you may or may not have heard of) and I used to take French in school. My voice when speaking French, for example, is definitely lower that it is when I speak English.
It's not that Krystal's english is better or Jessica's is better, it is just that Krystal's english is more pleasant (?) to hear idk cause she talks quite clearly but Jess is really good too just that she sometimes doesnt speak clearly or mumbles x) Jung Sisters FTW !

When I lived in Beijing, I had an American English accent and then I came back to the States, I had trouble thinking in English. Either way, you can tell Jessica's a native, she's just been submerged in Korean for long periods of time. She also looks absolutely stunning in these interviews... I think with her and Fany being English speakers, they'll actually have a chance here.
That makes sense. I think in general just as a personality thing jessica is more introverted compared to tiffany so no matter what the language she will be prone to think longer about how to respond to questions.
Speaking it with Tiffany and going to international school helped. Maybe she has other Korean-American friends as well. She talks in English sometimes with Krystal and her parents.
I too, like her, grew up in the US, but when i returned to my home country about the same age as jessica, i still use the language often. But as time passes I started to lose my american accent, and by now it's completely gone. I'm about the same age as her, so i'm not surprised she's have certain difficulties speaking it if she uses korean 99% of the time.
i actually prefer sica's english over fany's. i love the slight accent, although she sounds better when she's speaking naturally. overall though, jeti speaking english together is my favorite. they should do that more often. the other members' confused faces would be a bonus. :)
its refreshing to watch clips of snsd, jessica in this case, and not have to look at the bottom of the screen for subtitles. i can actually look at them as they speak hahahah gotta love me some subs though! hah ((:
