It was cuz of the black face thing right? Didn’t he do that back when racism was kinda the norm? And when he was young and dumb fuckin stupid reason to cancel him for something he did 40 years ago and was sorry for it, I can see if he didn’t regret it or feel remorse for it people hating on him but he apologized for it and didn’t hurt anyone so idk what everyone is still mad about it
Been tattooing at this show with Oliver and friends since first annual. Hope to see you all there again. Best little show on earth. Artist invite only. Honor always 🤘
Very cool, Ed! Looks awesome! Your Grim Reaper is way better than mine. Mine is a cover up of an even worse tattoo. Both choices were cool. Just get Captain Spaulding next time!
How long did it take for him to reply to your initial email? I'm going to be in Texas in December and I reached out via email over a week ago and still no response.
I feel like he would rip himself up for his execution on this one if it was on ink master haha. Cool design but a lot of the lines are pretty jacked on yhe schthe and the hands get lost in the cloak a bit.
@@EdCollects Still looks awesome, just tiny nit picky critiques that all tattoos have haha. I know I've had tattoos where someone is insistent on talking to my artist and they get a little wobbly.
It’s nice but for the way he critiques line work on the show his is pretty bad. Points that don’t meet right like the point of the reapers sickle and the blade is shaky ! Flames points are not consistent either ! Just goes to show they were who would do the show not who was the most qualified 😩
When you say “none of your business” about the price, I am honestly hoping that it is because this piece was free. I would not pay for that. I would not rock that basic ish on my body 😂 “American traditional” - ok. The execution is clean enough but you are paying through the nose for that and the name of the artist (in a brand sense) if you are working with someone who has a status like this.. but I have tattoos from apprentices in random shops with more prominent detail and shading than what I’m seeing here. Though, I guess “American traditional” is supposed to represent bold outlines and a simplified color palette, this just seems like a waste of money when you consider how little effort it takes compared to more sophisticated styles and shading applications which hold more detail and require more effort. American traditional is just basic as hell, lol.
former tattoo artist here You sure are very pretentious. Each person has their own preferences and tattoo styles can't be boiled down to "oh that has less detail so it - ObVIouSLy - should be cheaper". Thats not how it works. The american traditional designs may be simpler but that does not mean its a waste of money or that it takes little effort to make. Clean, bold tattoos are very hard to do and this level of confidence comes from years and years of work. Yeah, there are a lot of talented people spread on all styles. Yeah, OP probably payed more to tattoo with Oliver, but who cares? Let the guy enjoy his tattoo.
@@rodrigoromeu2789 Fair enough, bro, as you say, to each their own. For me, I guess a lot of American traditional just feels cookie cutter and creatively limited but hey, I get going for the sticker aspect. And I do like simple tattoos, I just find that the color palette of American traditional makes most simple pieces look and feel like flash 🤷♂️ again, very sticker-esque but if it’s meaningful for you, then rock it proudly 😅👌
Hope to see Oliver peck back on TV soon he was the best and funniest judge and rounded in everyway
Yeah I hope he gets back on TV, I loved him on Ink Master 👊👊
Oliver is freaking awesome! It’s a shame cancel culture destroyed him on inkmaster he’s a genuine good dude and a amazing artist !
Absolutely! Ink Master was one of my favorite shows ever. So sad.
i liked him too but did he ever “explain” that costume? because..
@@NatRants I remember him apologizing for a dumb mistake. I think most people have done things they regret. I have.

Thanks! I loved Ink Master so much so I couldn't pass up the chance!
How much did it cost? Why wouldn't you tell us?
$500. I didn't say at first because I didn't want a ton of people saying OH MY GOD HOW CAN HE CHARGE SO MUCH!!!!
@@EdCollects Ok, thank you. That makes sense. Just curious because I want a tattoo from him as well. Great video btw.

Awesome, how much does getting a tat like this cost by Oliver?
$500
Right on man , good video.

About 20 minutes. It was his assistant who answered me.

how much was this bro ?
I tried to avoid saying because I don't know if he wants the price out there but it was $500.
hm it cost?
$500
Those were amazingly clean lines. Those silly posturing boys on that tv show should have shut up and listened to him. Lol!
Yep! He's an expert for sure!
I’d give a kidney to get a tattoo from Oliver peck
He's so awesome and cool! Hopefully you get one some day!
he's fast 😳
He's a true professional! It didn't even hurt as bad as most of the tattoos I've had.
Shaky line at the top of the scythe. piece looks cool though
Thanks? 😀
Gosh wonder if Kat tattooed Oliver. Kat Wow..was married to her??¿¿
Yep they were married. I'm sure she had to tattoo him a few times.
Actually she did..think it was an episode of Miami ink...he screamed like a b#*#h
