You can run flutter with some conditions: if you want to use the android emulator, you should use an old android version (SDK 17 or 19) which requires about 600MB of ram. The new versions require 2GB. Otherwise, you can test your applications using a real smartphone (instead of using an emulator) and your pc will be very happy.

Please subscribe to the channel. You need to install the C/C++ plugin of Microsoft (see 2:57) to have the recommendations and the code completion. But I suppose that you have already installed it. So maybe you need to restart VSCode.
