I've ridden some of the largest, wooden roller coasters in my lifetime, but this has got to be the largest and longest I've ever seen!

It's been awhile since i been on not 1 but 2 roller coasters!!!! in Disney world the train one and the space mountain one!!!!!!!!!!! both were very fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think if I wanted to get over my fear of roller coasters, this coaster is a good start

It’s one of the prettiest woodies I’ve seen. Not as rough as Mean Streak or Hercules, but not as great as El Toro or Texas Giant (back when it was worth riding anyway). Having been to Nagashima Spaland in 2014, I also got Steel Dragon 2000 off my bucket list. Wish I have the time and money to go back and ride the RMC hybrid that White Cyclone got transformed into.

I love White Cyclone! It's not as rough as it looks, it's a long ride, and some of those drops are actually really powerful in the back seat! As of right now, this is my favorite wooden coaster I've been on (I've only been to Texas, Florida, Japan, and Spain, so I haven't ridden that many woodies yet). I'm riding The Voyage and the Chinese GCIs later this year, so I'm sure one of those will take the top spot!

This ride, for what it is, was once a masterpiece. On my first trip to Japan, I absolutely loved this coaster and I’m really sad to see that it got removed. It had several moments of strong floater airtime, some gentle but nice laterals, incredible views of the park, it was insanely long, and it looked absolutely fucking huge. But I’ve gotta say, my rides on Hakugei on my last trip before the world ended were absolutely incredible.
There are going to shut this coaster down on January 28, 2018 and there might be a RMC treatment happening and will open in 2019.
Not sure how or where you mounted your camera, but this is probably the best POV coaster video I've seen. It's super steady, and you thankfully didn't scream and "WOOOOO!!!!" the entire time like most POV makers post. Watching this on my 75" Smart TV (it has RUclips app built in) was AMAZING! Thanks for the upload.

Well this ride is closing soon. And Rockey mountain construction is gonna come in and modify it. And if you know anything about RMC. It's not gonna be missing inversions for long ;)

I challenge any person who says this roller coaster is “okay” to keep your hands above your head the entire ride…I promise you it’s not okay😂😂.. I’m a coasterhead and that ride looks CRAZY with all the drops…It doesn’t have to be a super steep drop to be a great/terrifying coaster ride if you know how to ride and really want that adrenaline push…This ride looks GREAT!!!!
OMG. I watched this video and something about it looked familiar. Searched Spaland and realized that this is the original version of what is now Hakugei, the insane RMC update. What a difference.

This is ideal for people who either haven't been on roller coaster before or the ones who can't stand loops
it's like a wooden jetcoaster, except this actually looks pretty fun

Closed a few months ago for Asia's first RMC overhaul.
it's big, it's beautiful, but it looks pretty boring.

@@strategicgamingwithaacorns2874 I do have great respect for traditional wooden coasters and children however nothing lasts forever meow meow. I guarantee you this ride here will be much smoother and thrilling when it re opens.
It may have had a structural issue along with being too rough. If it wasn't for that this coaster may have been preserved

Best watched at 2x speed. Leaning into the screen on my laptop and watching this at that speed, I get a little bit of the effect of riding a roller coaster. Normal speed is good, though, for admiring the structure, almost you could say the architecture of the White Cyclone. Thanks for the video.

how high is that wooden coaster? cause when you see the lift upstairs i think it is 55m but when i see the drop it looks more then 40m high. nice coaster only too much rounds too the right.

Took me out of the experience a bit when they hit the chain lift, started up the first hill, and then the video jumped ahead to almost the top. That initial climb is a HUGE part of the rollercoaster experience. The longer and slower the better, because it gives you more time to anticipate & dread what's to come. I appreciate the upload, but there's not much point in a POV ride through if you're going to skip parts of the ride.

I can do any kind of coaster, except for wooden coasters. Can't do them. Way too paranoid that the wood is gonna splinter and crack during the ride causing the entire thing to fall apart.
