    Used fondant for 3 wedding cakes...it was a "demand"! I was "on the knife" on number 3....I was disgusted with it peeling off, sitting on the plate like a slug. The awful taste. And the amount of "touching" necessary to complete. I have a wonderful buttercream, which I developed 30 years ago. It can be made smooth and tastes great!
