Love this house ! Only tweak id make .. would want the closet connected to the master bedroom, not it's bathroom. I'd rather a built in sauna room where the closet is, off of that bathroom. Seriously love this house though. Beautiful!

This house should be priced at 190k max… very basic. The prices down in the valley are quite delusional. There isn’t much to do down there yet they want to charge top dollar for homes

The price of the land wasn't mentioned because the price of land varies depending on the size you'd like to go for. The price mentioned ($273,990) is the cost of what we just saw and that's STANDARD. If you'd like different fittings and finishes, the price will increase depending on your preference.
Questionable price? The title is very clear, along with a very descriptive description. Nothing about this is deceptive when I talk about it in the title, description, and in the video!

this is overpriced! someone can self contract and build this for under 200k.
