Some golf clubs are worth quite a bit of money, so it's not a bad idea to look them up on the internet or eBay before scrapping them.

What is the temperature? Are you drinking water to stay hydrated? The large tv's have a metal plate backing. Why would your yard not take the tire on the rim? Does the temperature cool down at all at night? Love hearing all your birds. Where do you scrap? The neighborhood seems to be affluent with little cars, trampolines, newer washers, etc. Do all neighborhoods get good WiFi reception? Are your stores concentrated in certain areas? Does your father scrap, too! Be safe, you were breathing heavily from the heat.
This was in February so it is peak summer for us. Very hot and dry bushfire season.
My yard will buy alloy rims with tyres, though it is a unit price of $7, not by it’s weight. Without the tyre they weigh the rim and pay better.
I’m in the south east of Melbourne. It’s not affluent. It’s all new estates around me with a lot of residents up to their eyeballs in mortgage debt. Wifi is fair to poor around here. New estate infrastructures still being built.
Our supermarkets are walking distance where I am. Seems they are building things with walking distance and local community in mind in recent years.
My dad does scrap sort of. He likes to up cycle mostly 🙂

I notice on the water heater there is a aluminum control have you ever removed one the ones here in the usa the part that screws into the heater is brass and weighs about a pound of brass.
I haven’t scrapped one out yet but thanks for the tip Paul. I’ll have to give it a go one day 👍👍

Just wondering that when you scrap out the microwaves and the battery why don't you take the wires as you must cut them anyway .
It’s a bad habit of mine. I used to skip them because my old side cutters were really blunt.

Nice haul. I still cringe when you leave heavy metal behind and take things like little chairs or fans etc. Those are for days when nothing is around, you guys have tons of great great things available don't be afraid to pass over the littles, you can always go back if need. Nice to see the repairs and bungees.

It’s daylight savings so it gets dark at 9pm. Sunrise around 6am.
