Thomas is good enough to play in the league and Dru has shown he can help contribute to what Miami actually needs: a point guard who can handle the ball, set up other players, and most importantly, play defense. Miami really didn't need another center, and it's time they play Ware. Is Ware ready? No. However, if he begins to play now, he'll be ready to contribute on some level (hopefully) come playoff time.

There is a few other things to factor in when it comes to the Jimmy trade, we really use Jimmy mostly to play perimeter defense and office when it comes to driving to the hoop and drawing fouls playmaking .. the way our roster is developing, we have all of that in multiple players and positions plus’s better 3pt shooting better than the kind Jimmy provides.. plus as you’ve mentioned he’s getting old .. plus we have our Jimmy clone in Jaques
Smart people know this would be a good trade. Lonzo’s “potential” is a thousand more times valuable to a good team than Terry’s regular play. Rozier plays losing basketball while Lonzo is a high IQ player. Rozier is getting payed $26 mill… horrible contract. The only way you can get something decent is to get a good but broken player
