Siwon doesn’t act like a nepo baby at all. He is so humble and genuine. I met him a couple of times and he is so kind to me. He is also talented too. His acting in She was Pretty is unforgettable. Plus he shares his wealth to good in the world. He is an UNICEF ambassador. Siwon is truly one of the best people in the world.
I strongly against people to be called "Nepo Baby", like us, the rich kid also not choose to be born rich. They just born lucky. And not all people that come from wealthy family is spoiled brat, some of them trying so hard to impress all people because they have all eyes on them and also not all parents are soft to their child. I know they never had problems with money, but people have their own struggles.
Sungjae didnt use any of his family's wealth/connections to kickstart his career. He started from ground zero and built up his career himself. Also he is incredibly talented at singing and acting (unlike what your thumbnail insinuates).
What about that female lead from The Impossible Heir? Isn't her family also well-connected and she got the role because of that without any acting talent?
The promblem with nepo babies wich people couldn't understand is it's not only about them being talentless some times we can see they are but there are so many talanted people out there but they don't get to debut or recognition from public cos they are too poor to promote themself just like kendal jenner in model industry
Oh wow a couple of my favs in here! I only just discovered Lee Yi Kyung in Marry My Husband and he was fantastic. Riveting. His face is so expressive and he can go from hilarious and stupid to dark and scary. I did see some of his tiktoks and they were hilarious. Seems like a down-to-earth, modern person. And omg Yook Sung Jae - i just fainted. He is so beautiful. Took my breath away in Guardian: The Lonely and Great God and the awesome Mystic Pop-Up bar. Very sexy guy. Good actor too. I like Honey Lee too. She is hilarious and crazy. Siwon makes me laugh as he has always looked 40 lol, even at 15! I had also heard another hottie and fav Park Hyung Sik is also from mega wealth. True? I love him. He is an excellent actor and has a special quality to his voice. So weird but I am obsessed with it! Has anyone else noticed? Money can buy exposure and all sorts of things but if there is no talent, people will see it. To be a good actor you have to subvert the ego and become completely non-self conscious or it doesn't work. Entitlement will show if there is no substance. No matter where you are from.
the definition of nepotism here was grossly misused. the only thing showed here is that these are the actors that are rich and/or belongs to a powerful family but no nothing on how they used their background to raise to fame even without effort. no information on the unfair use of power or abusing their family background and connections. I’m really getting disappointed with this channel. tsk.
