Shelves are amazing! How will you get mirror frame down (over sink)? It looks like your command strips are unreachable.

I did these wire shelf covers, and just laid the wood shelf on top of the wire, that much more support to hold heavy bath supplies.

Another thing that can make a difference in the bath area is switching out the shower curtain rings. As you were installing the new curtain, the existing rings are okay, but I bet heavier black rings would elevate the look. The wallpaper on the vanity doors is visually distracting because it’s so much lighter than the wood. My eye is immediately drawn to those 3 white squares, which diminishes the rest of a great makeover. Overall, an improvement over the original look. ❤
I agree about the wallpaper on the vanity doors. It doesn't blend because it's too much of contrast, and it's visual clutter, particularly as the space is so small.
I definitely agree. Natural wood is the better choice. Remove it!
My one suggestion would be foam board cornices to cover the bright chrome light fixtures but …. Amazing job!

Looks great Alli! The only thing I don’t think looks professional is the contact paper on the cabinets. It looks exactly what it is, contact paper and everything else looks high end!! 😊
Turned out so great. I like the paper on the cabinets but I think it could be painted to pick up one of the colors in the rug. I love the shelving and the arch. Your decor really makes this room perfect.

You could make an arch over the shower area as well. They used to do it in homes in the 20's to 50's. Just a thought.

All I you did a wonderful job. You are so real and I am thankful for that. I’ve viewed a couple of your videos and you admit to fails. You see so many DIYers and everything is “perfect”. Every time I try anything first it takes me 3 times longer than the person showing it doesn’t work out properly. I get frustrated and then I no longer attempt anything. Thank you for being real!!!😊
Thank you for showing us when the DIYs and installations don't go exactly to plan! Making 'mistakes' and learning is real life! The finished space looks amazing, so much better. If you are taking votes on the cabinet contact paper I would lean 'no', but whatever works for you. 😊
I don't agree with the other comments- I really like the paper on the cabinets! It brightens an otherwise dark space. It'd be different if it was just in the bathroom, but it's an odd little nook and i think it'd be too plain without it. You did a great job! Next DIY dupe project should be the EZwrap hollywood light covers. They cover the outdated light fixtures damage-free. But they're also $60. I tried to reverse engineer it and wasn't successful. Haven't seen anyone else doing that DIY either. So for your own lights I'd love to see it!

Im not fond of the cabinet cover with the straw grass wallpaper. Sorry, it just fights with your beautiful wallpaper. I bet the landlord will let you leave everything when you move!?!?! I would if I were that person.
Agreed. It's too light. I like the idea to add texture to the cabinets, but atleast how it shows on camera, I think something else would look better. But otherwise, ❤❤❤❤ great job.
Oh man, you don’t know how bad I needed to see this one!! In my apt is shelving like yours except instead of wire shelving it’s actually has wood. But here’s the thing, “they” painted the shelves so many times withOUT REMOVING them they’re stuck to the sidebars. And at least 1 to half of one is missing off of the 3. The top one is so high up I can’t reach (5’ 3”). 3rd new office management told me I could pay for them to be made! 🤨 Well, I may do that, BUT when I move out THOSE SHELVES ARE GOING WITH ME!! (weather I can use them again or not.🤫) I’m on disability and I just can’t throw out money for shelving when needed. Don’t get me started on the shelving needed in the “laundry CLOSET”. Yep, NOT A ROOM a DOUBLE CLOSET IN THE MAIN HALL WAY!! I have to use step-stool just to get detergent down (way over my head). My towel bar is also over my toilet! 🫤

Edit: LOVE it all except for the wallpaper on the cabinets. Sorry, not my style. But it’s what you like. I just feel that it really takes AWAY from ALL the greater things you did in the bath area.😍 ✌🏻
