Yeah pretty normal for Thailand, most will start work later than in the west, they sleep in. You'll find they often work 7 days a week also along with the late nights to make money.
This shop is beside the major nightlife zone of Pattaya called Walking Street.
most legit massage shops close by ten in most of thailand ! but in pattaya even the legit ones stay open late...
