Note, those cooks there're of the imported type, not locals. Thought you should know since you're visiting mostly vintage local restaurants. Alternatively, you must try tien tien lai besides the post office along jln pasar. You can find parking space at the rear lane. Bon petite!
Boss didn't cook the last time I went, was just drinking with his friends. Fried fish head been around for many years is nice but the new dishes nothing to shout about and high price, no big deal

PUDU san peng, 仔记大炒。鎹是酒楼级,价钱是大排档。每次吃晚饭时间,都是爆满。以前由档口仔做到依家三间店铺,都依然係爆啊!夸张到! 其实我某么想介绍,皆因我已经很难吃到,每次都排长龙。
以前仔记档口仔的时候是女人做的。和现在的仔记不是同一个老板。

他只不过係好重师徒情谊。其实他根本都可以话全部自己学,自己研究。但系佢将D credit全部給返晒佢师父。唔系下下新鲜都要用蒸来烹饪,如果係,日本人见到你蒸鱼,肯定会质疑你。哩位师傅系唔系艺术家我唔知,我净係知你係位合格d 酸民。

有些日本人看到蒸鱼奇怪是是因为他不知道浅海鱼水压不足与压抑微生物在鱼体生长所以不适合生食,另外温带地区温度过高细菌容易滋生或者该日本人知识不足。 BTW 不是个个日本人都接受生食的😂
