I bought this and i hooked the tube up to the machine, and mounted the other end of the tube to my fan downstairs, left my house for a few hours, came back and Oh-My-Gawd, my two story house smelled like a damn 20 star hotel. I found a site that sold mahogany teakwood 2lbs (my favorite scent). You can smell the scent outside of my house. But I'm glad I came to this video, because I damn sure was confused on how to set it up
12:00 I think -35dBm is the radio signal strength and it has nothing to do with the noise levels in the audible range that the machine makes while in operation. Apart from that, it’s a very informative video. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
Thank you for the video! at 5:36 you mentioned to change out a scent you "run" rubbing alcohol through, do you "rinse" the bottle with alcohol? Or actually run the machine a while with rubbing alcohol?
Thank you for your detailed review.. This looks like a great product. can you give us an idea if you have the unit set for 2 hours a day how long will the 200ml bottle last?
I have this for over a year. I live in an apartment and I had to buy a seamless extension cord to plug it to my ac honestly I didn’t feel it did that much of a job like I expected. PLUS, used Aroma tech oils which we all know is top of the line home aromas. I ended up plugging in the living room on it own and I think it did better but it ran out of oil super fast. And that pain of spending 150 on oils lol hurts. I have it set 10secs every 20 mins. Hope this helped
Bummer to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. I’ve been on the fence about it. The plan is also to buy Aromatech lol but now I’m at a loss as to which diffuser to buy
That sounds really odd… I was watching another video on this unit where the guy (if I recall correctly) said 300ml of oil set to 20sec every 2min, would in his experience last about 8 weeks.
What is the noise level when it is dispersing the scent? I have the JCloud plug-ins that are pretty good but definitely have a considerable noise. Thanks.
@wuvhandles Yes, I have experienced no issues. I contacted customer service to verify my warranty and they were very happy. I have 2 units connected to my HVAC system.
good morning I bought a diffuser from the ones you showed in the video from the beginning everything worked very well then he disconnected from wifi and stopped being stuck with my phone and ipad there is no way to re-bind it Might you help me ? Any manufacturer page? where to ask for info? I bought it on amazon I appreciate your help thank you so much my best wishes James
Please help! Thanks so informative! I took off the black tip on the plastic tube. I took off & can’t find! 😢 I bought three of these through Amazon from a different company (not Jcloud) Is the black tip necessary for it to work appropriately? If so, how would I be able to get three of them?
I actually got it figured out lol. For me It was a lot easier on my phone. I downloaded the app, so easy now, smells so good . but mine gurgles when shooting the mist out . but I guess that’s normal. Thanks so much for the video it did help a lot.found a great cheaper version of the mists😅
Thanks for posting this! I needed to confirm power-on behavior so I can make this "smart". Your video shows that it takes ~3s to turn on and then goes into its diffuse program, which is exactly what I need. Is there an option to disable beeping, or will I have to open this thing up and desolder the buzzer? Super quick edit - can you please tell me the voltage output of the power brick? It will say on the brick in tiny letters. Edit two: found documentation stating it's a 12v power brick.
@@tashthomas8008 I can't recall sadly. I just checked the manual and the manual for the app and the info isn't in there. My best guess for how I disabled the beep is either the Aroma-Link app or the menu options on the machine.
I have Sam one works great for 1 week n with expensive hotel scant oil, been trying to reach support cause is definitely not for 1500sqft. U can bearly smell it in a 100sft room
I am new to think & doing research, I was trying to figure out what you meant - I have Sam one works great” I was trying to clarify for my own search for home fragrance 😬
I came across your channel by looking for home diffusers. You really did a great job at explaining this one. I think I might purchase this one, are you still pleased with it and have you by chance orders the other name brand fragrance and was it worth it? Thanks again
Hi Tracy! Thanks for checking out the video. I still LOVE this diffuser! In my opinion, having the name brand fragrance is a must. I tried using cheaper oil and they just aren't concentrated enough for the diffuser to work. Aroma Retail is the best option - this (amzn.to/3OrGecY) is the scent we started with and it is AMAZING!
JCLOUD is WAY better than ScentAir, Aroma 360, Aroma Retail, Aroma Designers, Air Essentials, Pura, The Magic Scent, and MANY more that I have tested and have. Hands down the JCLOUD. If you can afford their more expensive units like the ones that are $599 & sometimes on sale for $299 then your getting an amazing quality machine.
seems like to get the smells throughout 2700sq (with the 4000sqft model) I have to run it for 60s on 120-150s off. Anyone have settings similar and know oil consumption? A friend has a similar and runs like 200s on and 360s off... they claim 500ml lasts like 2-3 months with that setting.
Yeah some of the models only limit time to 35s.......def need more runtime to spread the aroma around the house..aromaplan allows for more tham 35s but they are leak prone....... JClouds unit only allows 35s and you have to buy a more fancier model to get more work time
What’s the best way to set up the unit, in the AC unit or on the wall? What is yours and grands favorite scents? Could you IM me I have more detailed questions regarding business!

Thank you 10,000 times for an outstanding install overview! You made it sooo much easier and took the 'unknowns' out of the mix!!!

Do you mind saying what website you found the oil on?
what website do you use for the Mahogany Teakwood?
Thank you. Very informative & clarifying lots of questions that manufacture did not provide.
Thank you for perfect tutorial. 82. Yr old woman who will order. Can’t wait
Can you make your own essential oil for it?
I scored one of these brand new at an Amazon return store for 5 bucks! Great review! Liked and Subscribed!
What's the store called?
He said Amazon return store!! They only have them in bigger cities. Hope this helps
@fayzereviews Can you do a review on different brand scents. High vs Budget, lasting scents maybe.

Thanks for the detailed walk through - I’m saving this video so I can come back to it if I end up purchasing!
Thank you for the video. I’ve been looking for the second video from you to tell us how long the oil last. Were you able to make one? Thank you!
Do you mix the oil with water ? Or just straight oil
Oil only!
Thanks!! Just brought this and was CONFUSED! Your video helped!

Great job explaining everything! You really helped me a lot with this unit!!!
Is yours still working? Thx!

Where do i buy refll?
Did you ever hook it up to your HVAC?
Mine will run and then make a beeping sound. Any idea what that might be?
What is the fan used for?
how long does it take to change or recomplete the oil in the bottle? for example at 50ml?
Thanks 😊
How does it work two years later?
Have you connected this to your HVAC system? Are the oils you linked to natural?
Fantastic review! I just got one thanks for posting
Appreciate the kind words! Thanks for watching.
Any updates on the product?
hi

When doing the reset can the password be removed?
would you review non china made units
If there’s a company that has one available for review, sure!
It's all China made. You are also China made
Where is one German made or American made?
What non China made one? You know of one? Lay down some examples ill buy one and make you a review.
That's where all of these are made.
Thanks for your help 😊
Thanks for watching! 🙂
Can anyone suggest an oil scent that has just a clean fresh smell? Having trouble finding one.
I use lavender
Do you have any idea where you can find oils online or recommend any? I do not have this particular unit. Im also looking for more masculine scents.
Aroma360 is the best oil BUT there are expensive.
Aromatech has top shelf scents
What's the little white circular adapter that comes with the nozzle tip for?
How much sf does it go?
Up to 2000

Can't wait to get mine after 2 duds. Going to be relying on this video for set up so a big thanks!

Mine quit working after 6 months. Tried to run alcohol and water and vinegar thru it. Nothing. Very expensive mistake
Hmm, strange! Mine has been working well. Sorry about your experience!
Same issue just turn off within 6 months...bought a cheaper 1 and it works better...oh boy
Question why won’t my jcloud connect to app like it won’t even show up
Great video thanks your all your help
Do you have to add water to the reservoir and is that reservoir plastic? Essential oils degrade plastic!
Yes it's a brown plastic bottle...I bought this machine and I'm trying to figure it out..didn't know about the oils degrading the plastic😮
Can it fill a 3000 sq ft. space as a plug-in??

Does it make the room more humid?
Hi! Not that I’ve noticed - the output is pretty minimal.
