I love the colors and staging of this home but for 1.2 million the master bedroom is pretty small. I've seen bigger masters in mobile homes to be honest 😂 The outdoor patio also seems a bit small and awkward; no convenient place to put a grill and a bit crowded for outdoor entertainment.

So the things I love about this home it’s modern chic, and it’s decorated to perfection. Another good thing is it flows? It doesn’t feel crowded or anything like that but obviously no one lives there so that’s clearly the reason. Really really liked the backyard but for $1.2 million I’m going to need a pool, backyard, barbecue built-ins, a fire pit, Bigger closets, and a lot more room in the I think it was the master suite toilet room. It honestly looks like the builder forgot that about it and suddenly they needed to figure out how to added it bc it was very closed off that much space very narrow. I also I don’t like any of the hardware in the restroom and also I really like the brown cabinets but it was more of the fixtures. They just weren’t elegant weren’t super modern and to me it didn’t match but that’s just me. However, I did love the big tub and the large amount of storage cabinets and drawers. That was amazing.
lets throw a shout out to all the banks giving 120% loans to houses that are underwater and buyers unable to pay them off. Surely we cant have this recession getting any worse? Whoever bought these houses in 2022 are the kind of people that are either very wealthy so cool, or very poor and stupid.

Looks can be deceiving. American homes are constructed as a doll house. When flood and hurricane come, they all fell down. It is a very sad life for the American people; They worked hard to get these beautiful homes, the next day they are gone. Your builders are more into money than health and safety. I just open a channel where you can see what a home should look and rely especially on the days of difficulties.

Yes we actually just missed it in the tour. It is right before the stairs closest to the primary suite.
