I stack weapon dmg reduction 40% and top mod give me free 50% dmg reduction when out of combat but no status dmg reduction is that good

If you're doing pure bullseye, I suggest running enhanced munitions (weapon damage) for gloves instead of the WS. Too mucg WS has diminishing returns.
