The Dominion technician who was in charge of scanning ballots in a Georgia county where thousands of votes failed to count for President Donald Trump had previously worked on the campaign of Democratic vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris. Aric Thompson is a representative for Dominion Voting Systems who was tasked with scanning the ballots in Floyd County, Georgia, during the vote count for the 2020 presidential election. According to his LinkedIn profile, Thompson worked on Senator Harris' presidential campaign in 2019 as an official photographer. The ballot counter even has an online folder showing photos he took of the then Democratic presidential candidate. Thompson's anti-Trump bias is seen in various social media posts, where - for example - he describes the US president as a "puppet" for "white supremacists." In his recent posts, he also questions the efforts of President Trump's campaign legal team to expose the evidence of voter fraud. What has now come to light is that Thompson was the technician representing the Dominion voting machine company during ballot scanning in Floyd County, Georgia, where after a vote count it was discovered that they had missed counting more. 3,000 votes, most of which were for President Trump
