Reddick is an awesome consolation prize but this a wild and shameless jets biased take. Huff is a 40 million dollar man who led the league in pass rush win percentage like two years in a row. Reddick is great but that doesn’t somehow man Huff bad, he’s a homegrown dude who become a star and we didn’t want to pay him

No-one is talking about the Bears trading down out of their 9 spot. They only have like 4 draft picks for the whole draft. Have to think they want more capital and a QB needy team will want to get up there. Helps out the Jets.

I sometimes listen to people talk draft and realize they have no idea what they are talking about. Why would you draft a tackle in the first round unless it was ALt. To be a back up. If that's the case draft a qb cause of Rodgers Achilles. This draft class is deep with tackles draft one in the 3rd take the best te or Rome if he falls. I wish that i could be a GM everyone over thinks the draft way too much.
Nonono. Your missing the entire point. First, the idea of "backup" as it refers to the offensive line is antiquated. Smith is stopgap. Smith is old , broken down, and played jusy 13 games. Smith is Duane Brown part 2. So when Smith goes down week 5 who is left to play ? It's a 17 games season. There are no such things as backups anymore. Over 50% of all the starting QBS missed significant time. JEts desperately still need to sure up the OL
