I built a similar wall last summer. Working alone, it was pretty easy to build the frame on it's back and then lift it up. Looking forward to your weatherizing ideas. I painted the panels with exterior latex deck paint and let cure for ~2 months. The holds stuck like crazy and needed to be pried off with a crow bar.

I can. It would take more materials and be a little harder to build.
