Well the only solution I have for you is on Epomaker's website, they refer you to "other settings" in the screen menu but I'm sure you did that. Otherwise when I run into problems like that is just to change the settings save them and resave them then switch everything off and wait a bit, then switch it on again and see if the settings have been activated.
CPU meter not working for me even did the sync and ran EPOM Maker as Administrator. Everything else works perfectly. Running Windows 10 Pro.
