Looks like a great idea. Using limited amounts of media helps I would imagine because it doesn’t have weight to cause the media to clump from any heat generated to suck moisture in! Nice thanks
I'm sure I'm not the only one who is talking to my Tv/phone. You are going to burn holes in your gloves really quick if you continue to blast the part sitting in your hand like that. Yes you have to hold the part yes or you can use a pair of vice grips to hold parts with them setup with rubber jaws etc. However if you choose to hold the part do so as if you were going to paint the part. You wouldn't paint it in the palm of your hand so don't blast this way. Just a word of advice. Unfortunately I've spent many, many, many days of time media blasting and you definitely learn a thing or two. God bless
Wow! Thanks Jeremy thats a genius idea. im definetly gonna use it. and just to clarify. that little brass valve on the line is just letting in a little bit of air from the outside world, into the media tube? its not compressed or anything?

I never thought of that aspect of it but that makes sense. It does work great. Cheers👍
100/120 grit garnet media works very well. Its the media I use to prep surfaces for Cerakote.
