Alright, first things thing first, I AM NOT AN APPLE FANBOY yet there are so many mis-informed facts in this video that I can't help but point out those. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Praveen's stand ups. 1 - Most important of all, Apple products were and are never meant to be cheap. They make only premium products. They don't compete in mid-range or budget categories of the smartphone market. 2 - Samsung's flagship S10 is priced at a similar price as to Apple's Xs which is 1000 USD. Just because Samsung manufactures and sells its smartphones in India it by-passes the goverment's import tarrifs and what not to be priced at a reasonable 67000 INR, whereas Apple doesn't do that thus the price 100000. 3 - Apple is a slow adopter of a new technology but when it does, it is after when all problems associated with the technology has been solved so that they could offer better than the others in the market. 4 - Don't get me started on Airpods though, because if one could google he/she can find that they are the best selling tech the past years, of course not in India but in other countries. It's truly wireless earphones which came out in 2016, which can pair seemlessly across all apple products which have bluetooth. It took more than one year or so for the industry to come up with something closer to Airpods. 5 - iPhone's battery capacity might not look impressive on paper but look at any credible tech youtuber's channel for a battery drain test and you'd be amazed at how it performs with the competition and it's all because of iOS optimisation. 6 - Speaking of iOS, it's one of the most simplest of operating systems out there. It's meant for an average consumer to use the phone on the get go. It's not customizable yet it perfectly marries with the hardware that Apple offers. Animations, miles in difference between apps experience in apps that are in play store and app store, optimisation, software updates for a minimum five years or above and of course SECURITY. You buy an iPhone and can be rest assured that it lasts you for atleast four or five years but I don't see any other phone that does that. Also it has better resale value than any other phone. If you don't want such "gimmicky" tech then you have iPhone 8 series with same specs as iPhone X and so on which has fingerprint in it. Their line up is pretty wide. We people should choose the one which suits us. We can blame Apple only if we are left with no choices.
