I’m gaining so much knowledge by watching your podcast, not only in finance but also lifestyle. Clark along with walking make sure to drink enough water daily. I’ve read the new daily water recommendation is half your weight in ounces . Of course go by your doctor’s recommendation. You’re doing an amazing job getting your steps in .
22:25 Clark does anyone actually use printers anymore if you print very infrequently you’re better off going to your local library and printing for a few cents then to buy a whole new printer to just fix update and potentially if it breaks by another $200 plus printer, and even if you get a printer that’s used for much less people forget about the ink cartridges. They tend to be DRM meaning that the manufacturer jacks up the rates and does not allow you to buy generic ink. Printers are a scam.
Inconvenient as hell I’ve had the same HP printer/scanner/copier for at least 6/7 years I’ll spend the 50/60 bucks twice a year on ink to have it when I need it
So interesting about the "walk test." I can just see the Doctors going over the walk test results… and then Clark chiming in "Well, my Fitbit says.....my aura ring says." L.O.L.
One of the problems with new home builders is that they are doing a "crap" job in building these homes. I know of several Class Action Lawsuits happening against some of the builders as well as complaints that have gone all the way to the state level.. I am in a very hot market area and will probably be selling and downsizing to something that is somewhere between 5-10 years old. Fortunately where I am looking there are many homes to chose from.
As far as the emergency fund and FASFA, one option may be to stick it in Roth IRA(s). FASFA doesn't count that and, when the roof is needed, you can pull out the contribution without penalty or taxes. The earnings would be taxable (and may have a penalty) if you would need them or just leave the earnings in for retirement.
Hey! February was a short month even in this leap year so of course Clark would have fewer steps than January which has two more days. Maybe he's not the slacker suggested. Good to know he's taking good care of himself these days.
Interesting about the gait thing. I remember my dad's health deteriorating and I noted he was starting to get an "old man" look to his walk around the same time. OTOH, Biden's gait looks terrible at times, but he's supposedly in good health???
Oh yeah. Joey shuffles, doesn’t know where he is, and is too feeble to be charged with his crimes, but yeah he’s in great shape. And, I’m a Chinese aviator. You betcha.
Wrong. There is a vast difference between good debt and bad debt. Try getting a house or even renting a apartment without a credit score. I have also enjoyed vacations 3x year due to points on my reward credit cards and paying them off in full every month so I pay no interest. Hence, I come out ahead with my cc. Praise Chamex!

Exactly just went to the library Tuesday to VOTE and print all in one stop.🙂

When will automobile interest rates go down 🤔 anybody know 🤷♀️
Good question
Yea someone hit my car, totaled it so now I’m stuck with possibly having to pay a high interest 😞
I’m so sorry to hear that . I hope you can find a good deal on a vehicle to offset the interest rate somewhat.
Interesting, all of this. The Walking Test makes me wonder too... will be getting out there today - with vim and vigor!
If you pay your bills on time why fret over your FICO score... remember a borrower is slave to the lender.....
@Clark - Is there any limit on your physical activity with that valve? Can you run, jump, and bike, etc?

You obviously do not sign any such thing ever.

Clark, have you considered doing the show on a treadmill?

But yet, he can still ride a bike. I've never seen Trump on a bike, have you?

0:44 Clark, nothing is free. I’m sure the price is our emails being sold in secondly market
Clark has the most integrity of any public figure I know. Clark and his team NEVER sell or share your information.
The target "credit score" is none at all.
