ITS AMAZING to see sisters like this, so motivating for me as a young black man 31 debt free ~130 net worth. We need to highlight more of the young folks in our community like this !!!!!!!!!!
Anthony, she doesn't need a financial advisor for $65K. Please start teaching people to invest in index funds like a Total US Market Index Fund. They are virtually free through Fidelity, Schwab, or Vanguard. She is going to get taken advantage of by financial advisors. Most "financial advisors" are insurance people and will not look out for her best interest and will likely cause her more harm than good. These are basic principles that I am confident you know.
The "financial advisors" he put in the chat 100% is him or people working for him. His eyes 👀 got the dollar sign when she told him she got the money and avoided her questions about the masters degree and went straight to the 65k and what to do with them.
If you make $70k a year, it should be easy to save $100k. Congrats, to her! At 26, making $35k a year, I saved $100k. I am writing a book on how it happened.
Natasha is brilliant and she’s a good listener. It looks like she’s going to follow AO’s financial advice. She will be another young, gifted Black millionaire. I pray God continue to bless Natasha!🙏🏽
Exactly. I could easily save 100k if I didn’t have to pay rent. This is not the normal situation of most people. But still good on her to have the presence of mind to save at her age.
Find a way to get in a similar situation, for most it’s impossible but for some you can move in with family, rent rooms, all of which is going to be very uncomfortable but you have to make sacrifices. Lower rent = more savings
This is not a common situation for MOST people though. I could easily save 100k if I didn’t have to pay rent and bills. But still good on her to have the presence of mind to save at her age! She’s an inspiration.
@@Learninghowtorebuild you really thought your ate huh? I know what she explained and I said in my comment her situation is not the norm but that she’s an INSPIRATION. But you missed that part, reading comprehension is fundamental.
Many people in their early 20’s don’t have rent to pay. I didn’t although I also wasn’t making the equivalent of 70K. Lots of people waste money on things that aren’t as high as rent but definitely add up over time. Use the principals and yeah yours will take longer but there is some high expense item you don’t need right now. Right now I take the bus to work $50 a month barely take Ubers and that’s maybe $500-$600 a month I am saving. No kids and one bus to work so I can do this right now. Others can cut out eating out, numerous subscriptions, unnecessary clothes shopping, high cost weekly entertainment etc.
It is for people in their early 20s in the sense of still being at home or being able to go back home. Even then, they don’t always have the mindset that she has. Her situation isn’t how she saved the money. It’s all about her mindset and willingness to sacrifice. She would have found a way somehow. She had already moved out and was paying rent which is most people situation. She just happened to find a live-in job. I had a cousin who did the same with two children. Personally, I don’t know if I could do that, but I admire people who can sacrifice having their own space to move in with someone and help them take care of their home and children.
Congratulations 👏🏽 Amazing young lady! I hope she use’s wisdom in choosing a life partner. I did something similar… lived at home with parents while going to school and graduated university debt free. Continued living at home until I saved enough for a down payment on a home. 13 years later paid off my mortgage and now I’m investing more aggressively
Start a trucking company. With 100k you could easily get 20 trucks. Each truck grossing 7k a week, and that's on the low end. Get a Wal-Mart contract for guaranteed freight. With 20 trucks(volume) Wal-Mart would quickly give you a contract. I want to see a 100% black owned trucking company with 1k or more trucks because right now none exist. They try their hardest to keep us away from generational wealth
It's inspiring to see someone at such a young age achieving financial milestones like that. Makes me want to reevaluate my own saving and investment strategies.
I'm so happy I made productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever, hoping to retire next year.. Investment should always be on any creative man's heart for success in life
YES! that's exactly her name (Stacey Macken) I watched her interview on CNN News and so many people recommended highly about her and her trading skills, she's an expert and I'm just starting with her....From Brisbane Australia
Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 12 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn't know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super
Financial advisor was a no. If she saving 35k, she needs to put money to the side 6500 for IRA 2023 & 7k for 2024. He dropped the ball on this one. Her paying the 2500 would reduce the 65k to be invested. Taking their assistance doesn't mean she has to stay on that role at all. She has to stay with the company, not in that particular position.
My daughter is about her age and has saved 30k. We are trying to help her figure out what she should do with it so she can grow her wealth. Dad says invest in mutual funds and I say put a payment on a house and do AirBB. She stays in her own tiny home on our property so she already has a place.
I wouldn't do either. I'd invest a portion into Index Funds and use the remainder as an emergency fund. A little bit more is needed if she's going to be a landlord.
My company covers a PPO plan and it has a HSA attached to it that they contribute to as well. Most companies aren’t offering PPO but high-deductible plans do exist that are PPO.
Find another position in the field you love and let the new position pay for that degree❤. Make sure it is a place where you feel safe for those 2 years or 4 years until you finish your Masters degree!
If I get $100k I am done with my job. I will start a small business ASAP. You can start a small business with $1,500.00 and make $4,000 a month I would not say that you will make more because I am being real and realistic.
Why would she go to school? School is like the number 1 debt. She said she has $100k what should I do with it? Seriously. Here's my answer start a small business and invest some of the money. Why would this young lady go to school. Does she know how expensive school is ? School cost about $25,000 and maybe more.

Agreed!
When I was 26 years old I was $10,000 in debt! This girl is doing well for herself. Congrats!
Wow!! Motivation
Never tell children you’re still young don’t worry. Time flies by quickly. Young people need to work hard to have peace and freedom later on.
This young lady has her head on straight. Super proud of her. Praying for continuous abundance in all areas of her life 🙏🏾

Hey can’t be mad. She utilized her situation and got ahead💪🏾 I’m paying 3k in bills per month and I can either complain or fix my shxt
She’s been frugal with her spending. Very smart and young. This is discipline. Good job 👏🏽

This young lady is amazing! I wish I were in this position when I was 26. I'm so proud of her!
I want to know the remote job she is working for!!
Right lol
She said it is a caregiver job. That can be very tough.
@Observer100-cn7gv I thought her remote job was paying $70,000 & her 2nd job was being a caregiver.

Well Done Natasha!!! 🎉🎉🙏🏾
she definitely has a solid budgeting and savings plan in place. It takes discipline to save that much on a $70k salary.
Yeah, definitely. It's also possible she invested wisely to grow her savings over time.
It's inspiring to see someone at such a young age achieving financial milestones like that. Makes me want to reevaluate my own saving and investment strategies.
Absolutely. It's never too early to start saving and investing wisely. I wish I had started earlier myself.
Same here. I made some mistakes when I was younger and didn't prioritize saving and investing. But it's never too late to turn things around.
You guys should better start with professional guidance if you don't want to get hurt by the rough economy
