It’s not misprinted, the LEGO logo is moulded onto the studs. Stud errors were also very common among older pieces, even I have two mismoulded 60s wheels. One with only the logo on 2 studs and the other with one logo tilted 45 deg.

Ok I've watched some videos about people doing Urban Exploring where they explore old abandon buildings. Every time I see those videos the leftover stuff that been left in the buildings are not in super good condition. The mostly have a bunch of dust/dirt and even some weather damage. But then again I do have a mid 70's post Pat. Pending 2x4 brick with a stud that has the logo twisted some and even a bunch of the 2x2 inverted 45's with the logo studs twisted some. So the thing about that is that it's somewhat common.
