  • I found this solid oak dining table on Facebook Marketplace for a steal at just $50! Once home, I gave it a thorough clean with my go-to KrudKutter. No sanding required! In a rush to set up my rental, I opted for a chic two-tone look, painting only the top. I then primed it with two coats of Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 primer. To finish, I applied two layers of Rust-Oleum Topside Marine Paint. Now, this table is the star of my latest furnished rental property. Swipe to see its transformation from a marketplace find to a statement piece!

I would recommend you use what paint finish is already on your walls. If you're not sure, I would go with a satin finish. Hope this helps!
