can I ask when you flew on this plane? I see you had a real dish for your main course. My understanding is now they are serving PE meals in cardboard dishes sort of like regular economy.

Food on American airline companies is dismal compared to Asia or Europe. We all know this. I’m waiting for America to step up their game.
Still, it’s worth the price for extra seating room and priority boarding. My typical flight is 13 hours so I want to be comfortable.

Compared to Asia, yes it’s not as good.
But European airlines have really fallen off since the pandemic. They’re down to the level of U.S. carriers now.

Good coverage of all aspects of what you get in delra premium economy. For the price difference, the premium economy is not worth it. Even if flying for work. I flew ATL - AMS on Delta Airlines last month. Seats are barely any bigger than Delta comfort. You cant have a good sleep on these chairs if you are tall.

Yes, sleeping in premium economy or regular economy is also a challenge for me being 6ft4. Still, not having to fight for the armrest is a good feature of premium economy, but it’s correct; it does come with a price!

Brilliant video. That hot towel should never have been given to you. Shame of you Delta cabin crew. The food really didn’t look great! Reminds me never to fly this route with that airline.

    That towel is shocking.
I’ve never had that happen on Delta.

Did not look like it’s worth double the price at all

Delta premium select foods are at the good restaurant level. I got little offended by your comment "ok" lmao

The flight attendant reaction to the dirty towel is quite typical of American airline staff. They really don't care. I hate flying with American airlines. Delta is a lot better than United or American, but still nowhere near as good as most Asian carriers, in terms of the quality of service in the cabin.
