Wow that tea leaf idea is great! And that foam, does it have a name ? where can I get foam like that? Nice scissors ( Woops sshh) lol, Really fantastic video, Thanks 😄👍
thanks! the foam is from AK interactive. its called 6mm construction foam! im sure if you google that you can find a local seller for it! thanks for watching ;)
Sir, that turned out outstanding, you done a excellent job job with the ground work, one piece of advice, get you own scissors, using the girlfriends is or could be dangerous, best regards from a Kiwi living in Australia.
Hi buddy just found your channel I've subscribed. your dio looks awesome and you've made it look so simple to make cool. what make is the panzer 38t. cheers Gary from the UK 🇬🇧.
Jup its all wrong! :) you are correct! however for the purpose of this video i think its fine. I had those boys laying around painted and all and it helps to show how you can make a story with a simple base and some figures!
Excellent video, thanks. Why do you paint everything black and then spray the grass once its assembled? Why not paint the road and then add the static grass? does it give a better looking result doing it this way?
Thanks for asking! yeah static grass unpainted has very bright and most of the time unrealistic colours. not to mention the material reflects light quite well so it ends up looking like fake plastic grass when its unpainted. ontop of all that if you make it black first the roots of the grass will stay dark if you lightly overspray the gras with green paint afterwards, giving the illusion of shadow beneath the gras.
@@Dutchguymakesmodels Thanks for your reply, yes you are right when I think about the static grass, whenever I have used it I always thought that it could have looked better. I will follow your example on my next diorama. 👍
all different kinds of tea have different types of herbs in them which all have different sizes. cut open a teabag and see what type of particles are inside. i used Earl Grey for this video. but yeah! any tea bag will do ;)

Nice work. One question...Pz 38t 1941 camo (panzer gray/Barbarossa) with Normandie american paratroopers (1944)?
Yes, that also caught my eye. Nice to have someone who also noticed that.

What were the paints used to highlight the grass?
Any tea bags would do the job?
