Wall Cloud - 04/04/23 Montezuma, IA

My first chase of the season! I was assigned with a reporter to cover severe weather for our Weather Warn Day. Eastern Iowa was placed under a level four of five risk for seeing severe weather. The are was also under a tornado watch (the same are that was hit just a few days ago)! Considering the amount of potential this system had, it was a total bust. The warm front lifting north stalled out for a bit and we had a cap in place for much of the day. Still, we got to see some nice storm structure and a funnel cloud! Enjoy the three hour journey! The Montezuma wall Cloud can be seen exactly in the middle of the video shoot. You’ll also see one of the mini funnels underneath of it!
