I have been using the paid app, and have lost over 25 lbs in six weeks. I have come to a better understanding and control on why and when I eat. It only takes about 10 minutes a day but keeps me on track and focused on the overall "why" of my goal to loose weight. I have tried sooooo many other programs, WW, Nutrisystem, Keto and more, but Noom is hands down the one I will finally achieve my goal with, plus it's help me develop healthier thoughts about eating, exercise and life.
His young lady was spot on. Good for her very thorough assessment! I am iln day 23. Lost three pounds. Disappointed but I won’t quit. Once you get the ins and outs of the app. It’s ok!! I agree not the best on communicating with other people on program. It’s pretty much how willing you are to go at it yourself. Albeit, minimal!! Weighing myself everyday has been depressing. Up and down!! Good luck!! It’s worth a try
Im just starting it... so fast i feel much of what you said... I'm thinking to try it once paid and see... just for 4 months although the year one is way cheaper. I'm liking it a lot so far though 👍👍👍 thanks for this review!
@@HelenBelenShow I'm still on Noom now amd really really loving it. I've lost almost 9 pounds in only 3 weeks so far. I eat what i want but keep within my quota for the day. 👍👍👍😊😊
@@holistic.health 4 months is all you need. Its designed so that you don't pay for it month after month. Once you go through the 16 week course your done for life :). Well worth the money!
Regina Fleming i have noom.. i’m a bigger girl i just started about a week ago i have lost a pound a day so far... they gave me a 1200 daily calorie plan.. don’t get me wrong it’s hard but every morning i get on the scale i’m like 🤗 lol..i mean my coach is iffy and it feels like a computer lol but it’s more of a mental thing for me.. it’s not a bad investment on urself it you can afford it
Nope !! I stopped tracking my calories though. I stopped prioritizing healthy eating. I’m to blame. Im restarting meal prepping and tracking this week though. It’s very hard. I get discouraged. But I’m trying not give up. 😔. Thanks for checking in!
@@HelenBelenShow I think this is the difference between "paid" and "unpaid". I can't say enough about how Noom really tackles the psychology of weight gain. Its for this reason your review, in my opinion, does not really represent the benefits of Noom since you didn't actually go through the program. I am in my tenth week and have lost 30 lbs so far. It has taught me how to recognize food triggers and cravings and how I respond to them.. None of that is covered in the free app or even in the two week free trial.
marvso Fair enough. At the time this video was made, finances were a primary concern when choosing a weight loss program. I’m glad Noom worked you. Thanks for watching and commenting as well !
@@marvso I'm hoping to have the same results your having. I think it's worth it to try because I really need something that makes it easy to track my progress and makes me care enough to try to lose weight. I like the easy tracking of food which is extremely helpful to me. Wish me luck!
Mya Williams so sorry for the delay in responding. I did not have trouble canceling but I didn’t like how I had to go through the chat interface to do so. I had to send a message to my counsel in the app to cancel and then they get back you and confirm the cancellation. I didn’t like that there was not a button to immediately cancel. I hope that makes sense !
Well to be honest I am not getting any motivation from the coach at all, so if the messages that I am receiving and tips I currently receive each morning will continue I see no point in paying for the coaching part
my friend downloaded the free version and she does not get any messages at all..maybe because you actually signed up and cancelled it continues to give messages and guidence?
CarmellaNYC oh no , what I meant was that the free program has tasks everyday that provide information, guidance and encouragement (That should be what you and your friend see as well). I no longer receive private messages at all either. Sorry, that’s what I was saying earlier.
That’s my opinion of Noom. Do you guys think a paid weight loss program is worth it? Which program has been the most effective for you?
This is easily the best and most comprehensive review of Noom that I’ve seen. Thank you.
Thank you !!!! I really appreciate it !

That’s awesome ! I’m so glad you got great results 🤗
I appreciate your video. Some reviews can seem very bitter and overly negative. Thank you for sharing.

Awesome! I’m doing Eat This Much and Orange Theory now ! But I liked Noom.

What about meals you create yourself that have lots of ingredients? How is noom supposed to help determin what section that falls under?
Noom let’s you add custom recipes. So it’ll determine the rating based on your ingredients. Thanks for commenting !
Thanks for the review 🙏
Chunky To Spunky So sorry for the late reply. I realized that my notifications are not configured properly. Thank you for watching and commenting!
10 pounds in 2 weeks is good.. oh they definitely too expensive I agree
Yea I thought so. Thanks for commenting and watching !
Good review
Hey! Update question - have you maintained your weight loss? Have you kept the 10 pounds off?
Nope !! I stopped tracking my calories though. I stopped prioritizing healthy eating. I’m to blame. Im restarting meal prepping and tracking this week though. It’s very hard. I get discouraged. But I’m trying not give up. 😔. Thanks for checking in!

Did you have trouble with canceling your trial period?

Thx for review....imma try them for the trail. I was considering WW vs lose it premium
Oh! I didn’t realize I could still use it if I didn’t want to pay in two weeks. Just started the 2 weeks today.
Yep! I just started using it (free version) again as well !
Thanks for your review and for helping me make my decision. I will not be our this product.
Glad it helped! Thank you!!!
Does it give you daily uplifting messages if you are not a paid up member
Hey! It gives you daily tips and guidance but not private motivation. The personal coach and group functions seem to only come with the paid plan
Well to be honest I am not getting any motivation from the coach at all, so if the messages that I am receiving and tips I currently receive each morning will continue I see no point in paying for the coaching part
CarmellaNYC that’s how I felt too! I enjoy the free version of the app just fine ! But that’s just me lol

Welcome !! Thank you for watching ♥️
Did you exercise too
Hey Love, I did not. Just followed the Noom recommendations for my trial. Thanks for commenting!
Terrible app. computerized responses!
NOOM IS A SCAM THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY
