Brown sugar, rye bread, citrus, light caramel and oak. Nice caramel, honey and brown sugar up front, nice rye spice. Medium long spice finish. 8.5 out of 10, love it!

Just got back from California and brought a Green River rye back. Cracked it open last night and totally agree with you on this bottle! Paid 32.99 plus tax. Looking forward to getting this here in MA.

Just popped my bottle of this and darn it's delightful! Nice bright citrus zest on the nose with lemon ice and honey nut clusters on the palate. At the $30 I paid for it I will definitely re-buy!

Have not seen it in VA ABC stores yet, but the Bourbon and Wheated are fantastic for the price.

You guys should put together a comparison between green river and wheel horse, they appear to be made by the same people. Would be interesting to see how similar they are or which is superior. Still hoping to come across the wheated, been wanting to try that for a while now.
Little different in proof..only have the wheated and rye of green river left not sure how they would match up with the regular wheelhorse
