Those people are welcome to grab their own probinator and oscilloscope and prove me wrong.
Something tells me none of them will.

Someone dare to do this to their 14900k ?

How droopy loadline calibration is that?
I had background noise like this when I extended the coax cable from the scope with regular wires to have some flexibility and strain-relief. But then I removed the extensions and soldered the coax cable itself to the back of the socket and suddenly there was much less noise
I don't much like P95 because it doesn't stop properly when there is a problem. There will be an error logged in the log file alright, but I have to open the results.txt and search for errors every time I want to see if there was a problem

btw... did you ever test the probing on moving the mouse "as you did " but instead of a USB mouse, using a PS/2 Mouse.... might be diferent =p

on core 2 quads. i can run a cinebench run like 3-400 mhz above the stable clocks for p95 and stuff. yeah it aint good for stability but good for seeing improvements

The mobo is actually a very reliable mobo, i used it for 5 years. Than it broke 🤣 but at my use, Well i cant blame it

i just got this one because it was the first that came up when i searched for "Z68" and sorted for cheapest. it's meant to be an expendable experimental mobo for things i don't want to risk my Z77 MPower for.

De8aer and others are basing their temps off of cinebench.

Cinebench is a better metric of CPU temp under load than it is of vrm power delivery.
Tbh the only real advantages of cinebench in any test are how good it is at isolating cpu performance from other system factors and how easy and quick it is to run.

@@christopherjackson2157 Who cares, if you make it through a run of cinebenchr23 you wil not crash in any game at all.
